[Resolved] Koryo — Not working

Hi, i was purchased (on 25/10/2008) a Koryo Home Theater with Passion DVD player at saharamall Gurgaon. But the home theater is not working properly (3 speakers and the woofer are totaly not working). i was (open the and checked the both on 02/11/2008)make a compliant on 03/11/2008. but till no response for taking care. 03/11/2008 daily i am calling the koryo customer care, they are told to me today evening, today evening... daily the same answer. also, i was taked to gurgaon sahara Mall customer care... till no response...Now what can i take the next step?... Can any one give me the customer care number of Koryo TV company. We are unable to auto tune the channels.The tuning option is not activated.

CHANNELS AND TUNING OF TV LOCKED .Sir, I have purchased a 15" KORYO Flat Tv (PLATINUM) from Big Bazaar, Bhubaneswar. Due to mishandling of the remote by a baby of the neighbour 4 channels and tuning of the Tv have been locked. As I reside in Puri, it is quite impossible for me to take the Tv to BBSR. Please send instructions to unlock.

on some website they mention to press the "---" key for 9 seconds to unlock you should try it i will try it oo once i get home

Hey Guys,

Please don't buy anything from Biz Bazar except Grocery, they are big cheaters... Sells low Quality Products, they responsibilites ends once the products just steps out from their outlet... latter will not get any reply or responses from them .. Its punishment who ever buys any Electronic Products from Big Bazar... Many of my friends brought and are sufferrer...

Now many of my friends stopped visiting Big Bazar, also spreading awarness to Near and dear not to visit, if you can pls help other so that they can be saved with this fradulent showrooms...
