[Resolved] Koryo — Toaster not working spares not available | |
We have purchased a Koryo toaster model no KPT16 on 09/06/2009 and it became dead on 14/09/2009, from this date the toaster is with the service center "Suja Consumer Service" they say they dont have spare for repairing it and the company doesn't provide any replacement. Makes me wonder if Koryo products are really that bad or people who are complaining about them don't know how to use the product properly? I have a toaster, geyser, and microwave grill and all seem to be working fine for me. Toaster and microwave were bought in November 2009. There really isnt any technology in a toaster for it to get a repair so easily. Geyser was bought recenty but as of now I still haven't seen any leaks and it is heating properly. For how big BigBazaar is and how many people buy Koyo products as spares or temporary use the number of complaints you are seeing don't seem significant. Right now it only looks like some people had bad luck and got a defective product or they didn't know how to properly use the product.
