I had purchased a micorwave oven in Bigbazaar (GURGAON) on 26.01.08. Now it is not in working condition due to some repair. I made numer of call's to the service centre mentioned in the user's manual, but it is of no use. No response were given by them. They visited once and said some spares should be changed and will be done within a week. But it is more than a month and no one returned. When i called them on phone there is no response.
I am fed up with their false commitments.

DATE OF PURCHASE : 26.01.08 (2YRS WARRANTY)
SERVICE CENTERE: SWASTIK CARE, GURGAON, HARYANA, INDIA.
I can wait for a week time, if it is not sorted out i'll go for legal prosecution.
