Dear Sir, Reference: Complaint No.425364 dated 10/15/2012 12:28 PM. I have deposited my defective Koryo Water Heater 3L Model KWHINIat KORYO SERVICE CENTRE, JAIPUR vide Customer ID 12/26/2012JASC[protected]on 12/26/2012 at 1:25:49 PM. The Water Heater has not been returned to me at my residence Flat No. M-013, Ashiana Utsav, Kalwar Road, Jaipur -303706 so far despite repeated complaints and phone calls. I am senior Citizen aged 70 years and staying at Senior Citizen active living, WHERE FACILITY FOR INSTALLATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE BUILDERS.
