Kotak Life Insurance — Miss guidance and misbehavior of staff of bathinda branch

sir,
I am working in Indian Air Force bhisiana.I went to kotak life insurance branch bathinda to Surrender my policy[protected] on 07 Apr 10 as it is the nearest branch.I told to staff ( Miss Ritam) that when i took the policy i was in Jaisalmer but now i m in bishiana so is there any procedure so that money can be refunded to my bank account directly.she said yes and asked me for bank account statement and gave me surrender form.I fulfilled all the things which she said after that she told me you will get the money after 7 to 10 days.Sir, it is difficult to go branch again and again as it is far away from bhisiana and after 17 Apr 10 i called up to branch but madam was not available then i called up on 19 Apr 10 and she replied you will get money within two days.after that i called up on 21 Apr 10 then she told me that i have emailed your request u call me tomorrow.but when i called up on 21 Apr 10 to customer care ([protected]) , they told me that your cheque has been issued on 12 Apr 10 and couriered to your address (Jaisalmer). Due to which i m unable to receive my cheque as i m in bhisiana now . I again called up to bathinda branch then she told me that she did not know anything regarding this and told me to wait .Sir as she told me in starting that your money will come on 17 apr 10 so i borrowed money to fulfill my requirement and promised them that i will return their money on 20 Apr 10. but now i have to give interest on that money. Sir due to her miss guidance and carelessness i have to give interest which is extra load on a fixed earning man. Sir proper action may be taken against miss Ritam as due to her negligence i have been suffering a lot.waiting for your positive and justified action. Thank you Sir.

KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE MUST CHANGE THEIR HR DEPT

As their Branch Manager's, Customer Care executives are never ready to listen customer's requirement, their problem they just wants to proove that only company is right. Rest everything is wrong.

Only customer have to suffer everything, if company's top management will visit branch any of sudden or they just met their customers then they can feel what customers are feeling at the time of visit their local branch on respective locations.

I am saying all these nonsense coz I have faced all above at rajkot branch when I visited.
