Kotak Life Insurance — website online premium payment option is fraud

I bought kotak life insurance Policy no.[protected]Akshay Kumar Jain).
which has due for renewal on 28-JAN-10. Premium payable is Rs.25000.
I m trying to pay for last 3 days, doing everything correct, but their website

is totally waste.
It navigates to an error everytime i try to use online payment option in this page.

Now my date of premium will pass and they will say i did not pay on time.

This is an intentional poor web support given by this so called bank.
I am not going to pay this premium now, lets see whet wins, the truth or this fooling bank.

My mistake that i trusted them.

Kotak Life Insurance — Unable to register in your web site

I had registered Kotak life insurance web site [URL =] and I had given all the details and registered my policy one month back. Today I logged in and try to give my premium using your system. It says that I am not registered. However today I have given details and tried to register once again but unable to do so because of the defects of your software. I want to pay the premium on time. I think your software has lot of problems. Now I am out of country. Please fix these problems so that people like me can pay my premium on time.


Also I have tried to post this complaint on your web site after logging in your web site. But it's again asking the policy number in the drop down that's why I am unable to put my complaint also in your web site.

I am Kotak Life Insurance Policy Holder. My Policy No. is 01110157. Plan name "Kotak Flexi Plan". Please send my all policy statement in my e-mail address.
Really good its services are very bad, Even i[censored] cal to customer care center also they dont have information regarding our complaint.My pblm is i want to change of my address i ahve been trying for 1 month i went to branch they told that please send it to the mainbranch or send a scanned copy of thrpugh mail .i sent 5 times i got acknoledge mai from server but once called up to customer care they says that we are not received, My question is how i got the acknowlegement from the she dont have the answer simply she is suggesting that send it to me again then again i sent to those guys not a single time4 times still ia m getting same answer from customer care we are not received .Again they suggested that once u send the mail please call to me i did like that way next answer is call after 30 min i will let u know then again called same answer we r not received any one from ur side please send again i asked one question to guy again i will send again u say not received So ...we have sit and keep on sending it to those guys until they found our application Really strange but true .Final suggestion from thier side is please send the hard copies to our main brach address if that one also not received So... again send.
They have the server but it wont give any information and i[censored] call for information to customer care they will send a mail to Email department to get our email and it will take 2 working days.After 2 days they will say we r not received any application from ur side.So there is facility from customer care to u .Server is there but false server.i[censored] ask to those guys can u plesae trasfer my call to any o[censored]r problem severity mgmt team simply they say that we dont have that facility even though some problems are not in their hands.Finally i[censored] want to see wonder Server and i[censored] have lot of patience take kotak come and join with us atleast to share our feelings. i[censored] r angry dont go to kotak definately they will BP for u as bonus.Managament is not so good and their process is worse i[censored] joined in kotak life insurance. mostly they are concetrate on money not on customer .Fianlly i am expecting is there any chance to get back my money from them please i ahve email proofs to show evidance please help me.
i want premium payment
Payment through on line was not accepted for kodak insurance premium though it was tried many times.It was waste of time.
Please inform me how to pay premium easily.

I am a policy holder of Kotak G
Wealth Insurance & trying to pay my premium online since tomorrow but I am unable to do so. As it is showing KLI PORTAL not working. Though I was the employee of KMBL & I know that the same should be occurring due to some technical reasons but you must check the data of the clients who are unable to log-in KLI portal so as to make sure the 100% premium collection.

Pls help.
