[Resolved]  Kotak Life Insurance — Kotak Insurance making fool of customers

Hello everyone,

Please publish my personal experience with Kotak. I will try to publish this on forums and social community site as much as possible. Because, I have suffered a lot from Kotat and I don’t want anyone else to be a victim of Kotak employees.

I took one policy from Kotak on the commitment to 200% bonus after 3 years. But there was nothing like this. And I surrendered my policy within freelookup period. Don’t take any policy from Kotak. These days Kotak Insurance sales persons are making lots of falls commitments.
I had to visit Kotak Insurance 3 time for cancellation of my policy. They asked me for cheque to online transfer. But gave me cheque after deduction all of charges. Even there was fault of Kotak employee.

I have already registerd for DND days back. Still these days I am receiving lots of calls from Kotak.

MORAL OF THIS COMPLAINT: Please check the details about the product from PRODUCT BROUCHER or cross-check it from information about the product at the company's site...Just because jumped on the policy because someone said 200% BONUS and then blame company for cheating is wrong..Please keep your greed under check, is all i can say...
Dear Madam / Sir,

This is the Mail regarding your Mis-usage o[censored]nwanted telephonic calls from your Customer Support Executive.

Indeed I have told them clearly many times that I am not interested any of the plans but still they continuously trying to harass me on the phone. At times I was travelling, in the emergency meetings, busy scheduled and engagements It got very much an hindrance in my day to day lives. I requested several times on the phone call that please stop calling but calls has not stopped even it got increasing day by day.

(One Mr.Rizwan) and Delhi Customer support executive said Boss you can complain any time but we could not stop the calls. So I am very fed up and like to complain first to you. Indeed I am myself an MBA from a Premier Institute and very much aware of complianing Formats, so firstly I would like to complain directly to the Company and if still no actions being taken I will directly complain to the consumer court department with details of all the calls received from your Delhi office no.`s and even I can move and write to media people too since I do have my coulegues working in the same department.

So I would firstly request so to kindly do the necessary action and my details mentioned in undersigned.
