[Resolved]  KPN Parcel Service — KPN Parcel Service - No Delivery

This is V.g.murughan from Dindigul.I've very worst experience in career was, when Ihave send my parcel from Tirunelveli to Kangayam Lr.No.[protected]. for a week ago.still they have sending the parcel .Just 300 km, Kpn parcel had sent 5 days. which means speed parcel service?.please take immediate action.

SURESH KUMAR, LAST TIME (2.08.2010) I WILL TRAVELLED ON TIRUPUR TO BANGALORE THAT DAY VOLVO BUS WAS BRAEKDOWN ON TIRUPUR.THEIR STAFFS ARE REYALLY CO=OPERATE WITH PASSANGER BY ASKING QUESTION.I APPERISATE THAT OFFICE.SINCE GOOD SERVICEKPN TRAVELS.

This is Muthu Kumar.J from Coimbatore. In 16-sept-2010, I sent a New Computer PC intel Core i3 / 2GB 500GB Hard disk with lastest configuration for my friend mohammad Idish to Chennai - Thambaram through KPN Parcel Service. I got a receipt No: CBE[protected]. And they said next days you can receive your parcel in chennai - thambaram brach. When my friend ldish asked in thambaram branch for parcel next day, First they said that you have recived your computer from our thambaram office because our system show you recived the PC. He fought with the officials officer after long time they told parcel till now did not come to our brach so come after two days. He went there after He got the same reply from them again. And no one was responded properly in that branch. So I decided to call head office for KPN Parcel Service and they simply asking my receipt number and contact number but no reply . But till now, He did not get Computer . Now they saying the Parcel is laying in Salem branch next two days you will get it.He really disappointed with their customer service. KPN Parcel Service Pvt ltd is very very worst in customer care.

One of worst service i ever had in my life, my friend muthu kumar had booked the parcel of new PC with configuration intel Core i3 / 2GB 500GB Hard disk from coimbatore. They initially said that it will take 2 days and when i went after 2 days, they said mistakingly we entered received in our database, so please come on next day. The same reply i received on and on. Till now the parcel is a question mark, the head office persons are dump and they are taking my contact number and saying the will reply in 10 mins, but today is third day, but still they are replying. It is very clear that the parcel is missing, i dont have words other than its a forgery. We should unite to taking some necessary action for this. My L.R. No is CBE[protected].

On april 2nd 2011, I send my bike from chennai to bangalore in KPN parcel service. It was really a bad experience. I got my bike in bangalore, but they have lost my bike keys, indicator was broken, break light guard was broken...Terrible bad experience...I called up to their salem Branch and gave a complaint...till now they havent responded...An whenever I call to the bangalore or chennai branches...they behave very rudely and disconnect the phone and most of the time they wont respond at all...I request all of you...to think twice before choosing KPN parcel service...

The person in KPN Gundy Chennai should be awarded “Best among the worst” . He seems to be too brilliant. When I called him[protected] by 11am and enquired about bike he asked me to call back by 4. When I called him by 4 PM he doesn’t pick. What a planning. I tried him continuously for 1.5 hrs. Got frustrated and called Coimbatore office they said it is delivered. When asked about office timing I got a reply “Chennai we don’t know”. Still I don’t want to take chances against this brilliant guy. So tried his number again. What to expect? He doesn’t pick. Finally he picked the call at 5.30 PM. Should have checked his eardrums in meantime. As soon as I asked about bike he rudely replied “Can you come before 6 ?... as I don’t have a flight neither a knew a pilot I said no. “After after 9” he replied and cut the call. I am simply flattered by his politeness and customer care. He exactly spoke like a drunken bully threatening for money. Have to meet this MR. Gentleman tomorrow. Hope he will deliver my bike if he likes me. I should behave properly.

KPN Speed Parcel Service Hosur Branch Very Very Worsth Service, anytime reply for powercut please go to my another office and get the recipt after come and take your parcel. i will go to our another office request of delivary recipt asking to mr.suresh, but suresh for no responsibility answer . anyperson mistake credit to KPN account only. anyway please immediate appoint to KPN Hosur. otherwise KPN name spoil soon.

KPN ... U DON'T EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER PARCEL TRACKING. WHERE AS ALL OTHER PARCEL SERVICE HAVE IT. AND U YOURSELF SAY U ARE THE BEST.

on 27.05.2011 I booked a small box containing an Application form with some chocolate and a Pencil box to neice who stays in Myladuthurai assuring the delivery on the next day, my borther in law enquired at the Myladuthurai office, the response was so bad and started asking about the contains of the parcel which was not reached in the promised time, I tried calling the following phone numbers several time
[protected], [protected],[protected] and [protected]) from 12.11pm to 12.27pm finaly a gentleman picked the phone with sleepy voice stating that the parcel is on the process of loading today only it may reach tonight or tomorrow and simply disconnected, I use the transport facility and the parcel service very often
(Last Monday I traveled by their Volvo bus from Karaikal) but the bad attitude of this people is too bad and not tolerable.The answering method should be changed from this people, if this people view this and the company gives me the reply than only I can think of going back to the people.

Booked a parcel from Chidamabaram to Hyderabad on 1st of July. It has not crossed Salem so far. Poor service+false commitments = KPN Parcel. These tells they are immature in their services
