We have booked the tickets from hosur to puducherry, the house kpn office staff told we send u all by another bus to 10 min travel time because pondicherry but awaiting in the 10 min travel time from hour kpn office. But actually we traveled by standing up-to krishanagiri even we booked sleeper class. This is not acceptable, but nowdays kpn service all like frad and cheering service... Idots

    I traveled in kpn travels on 16-nov-2017 from chennai to tiruppur by 10.45 semi sleeper. The bus attender theft gold jewels kept in my baggage.
    The bus attander had a eye over me since when i entered in to bus. He standed near my seat in mid night just like adjusting the ac i can't able to understand that he is trying to open my bag. He theft my gold bracelet and ring. And he disappeared near erode. I tried to open my bag but some glue was applied over the zip. So i cant able to open it. After reaching home i tared the zip t open it i found shocked that the jewels are missing.
    Please some body help me on this.
    The total value of this item is around 70k. Police is not responding being the value is small for them but it is a huge loss for me.

      The kpn bus from trichy to bangalore at 1:30 on 10:11:17 had brake failure which the driver himself knew... One of our passenger noticed the beak failure alert and insisted the driver to look into it... This happened in selam... The driver did not take any initiative before the passenger noticed... And also the air conditioner is in freezing temperature.. And they cannot control it but only can off it totally... Passengers safety is must... Please try to avoid these types of problems.. And make sure you provide responsible driver...

        Worst customer support today booked kpn bus thro redbus.com chengalpattu to bhavani ticket no. Tkc[protected], my boarding time is 11.59pm now time is 2am no information on your side still iam waiting for bus and not recriving boaring pass mess or driver contact no i spoke with redbus customer care he will give some ph no's i try to call no one can pick my call, now iam going to returning my home worst customer service...

        Very worst customer support kpn drivers are not responding to customers iam suffered to go very urgent work totally my upset for going for emergency but totally my all plans wasted..

          I have made a journey from rajapalayam to chennai through kpn travels dated
          On 2/11/17 at 9:15pm bus. Seat no. U27. Ticket no. K[protected].
          Water was pouring from my top of my allotted berth (Photos enclosed). I informed my situation to the concern travel in-charge. He didn't taken my words and not allotted alternate seat. Full night i traveled in this same situation without sleeping. As per schedule the bus should reach chennai at 6:15am, but reached chennai at only 9:30am. My health condition was totally affected and i cant able to reach my office on time. I need my ticket amount refund and compensation.

          No one has called me or emailed me. But it is showing as your complaint is resolved.
          I booked time 11.00pm in Madurai to hosur in kpn travel at make my trip at 19.11.2017 but bus not reach at the time so i ask the persons but not responding answers so i change my trip but make my trip not visible to cancel trip opption so i lost amount 980inr at the day it's very effect for me. So don't use kpn travels

            On 2nd november we have sent one double deck cot from cumbum to bangalore. Your packers didn't pack material properly and 2 wheels were broken, so many scratches are there. When we were called and asked to cumbum office, they have not given proper reply. They charged rs.450 for the packing. What is use of charging rs.450 when there is no proper packing.

              First i booked for 2.30 pm from chennai to bangalore in sleeper. Atleast they have to inform if they cancelled it and ask us to board 1 hour before.
              I got a message at 12.45 for boarding pass at 1.15 pm bus.
              When i tried reaching them they said they can wait maximum 15 minutes. I hurried having my 7 months old baby. Then i saw it is a seater but i booked for a sleeper, just thing how can i go having a baby in a seater ofr 7 hours. Don't play with peoples money. There is no refund or anything.. Worst ever. I have attached my ticket details aswell.

              Name is KPN Speed parcel service but the time to send the parcel from sivakasi to Chennai is one week, there reply is lorry breakdown. Stupid answers one of the Indias worst and bad parcel service
              Booked bus for Chennai from erode on 7 the November 2:45pm it came nearly 1 hour delay and it should be scania but it is an very ordinary bus with many complaint.Not even look like good condition bus.Worst experience ever

                I booked bus from tiruvannamalai to bangalore on november 4th night, as there was no other sleeper bus allowed. The timing in website was 11.55 it is already late, but later the timing was changed to 1 am night, and the boarding place was somewhere in the middle of the road where there is no much people were walking. Being a women with senior citizen father i was completely dejected by this service, when we call the driver he has no clue he speaks so rash. It was raining and there was no place to wait we waited in some road side shop and in mosquito biting and snakes moving around. If something wrong happend on that day to us kpn must have been responsible

                  From rasipuram to chennai i travelled in your kpn travels number py01 cq 9739 at 11.15pm but bus came on 11.45pm. When i start to go i asked the driver that when will the bus reaches to chennai, he said i can't say the exact time when perungalathur arrives we announce then you prepare to get down to chrompet. I put alarm approximately for 5 o clock. But didn't arrived. 5.50 above i suddenly felt its going on late and then asked the driver to stop the bus on chrompet. He said its gone, we announced why you didn't gqet down, i'm the last seat l30, from driver seat to last seat how could i hear of the driver voice? He said we announce in mike, i didn't hear i said, then he said oh! Mike is not working i think, and then he dropped in pallavaram signal near amma vunavagam. And then i walked from there to thuraipaakam bridge inner approximately 3 km and my husband picked me from there to my house. Is there any use from your concern for a lady passenger. Pls take my complaint and pls sony repeat the same because repeatedly i'm travelling from red bus only. Pls intimate my favour. Thank you

                    I have bookeட two tickets from puட ukottai to chennai in a sleeper bus at kpn, there is no contact person in office or seating arrangement available in the boarட ing point. I have the ticket confirmation anட its pnr number with me. Staff wont allow us insiட e the bus, as we ட ont have the boarட ing message from kpn, he is having a passengers list anட our name is listeட there, without giving any respect, he is neglecting us. I was try to call the kpn number which is sent to me but it is unreachable, it is arounட 10pm in some unkown street with my wife. Now, is it my mistake of not receiving the boarding message from the travel agency (Which is usually send by them few hours before boarding)
                    In Dharapuram KPN office they are charging more than the actual ticket price. Also, they are not treating the customer properly.

                      Was supposed to board the bus by 4:30am today. The bus came at 4:45 am to a different place thank god for the auto drivers who alerted me. I did not receive a boarding pass message, the driver insisted i not board the bus. Convinced him verified my phone number with the number in his chart and boarded the bus. Driver was preoccupied selling seats to brokers who had nothing to do with kpn travels. Bus finally left my pick up point by 5:10am but reached the destination only 10 mins late.
                      Do you make up for lost time by driving at speeds above 80kmph that's against law?
                      How much more professional do you wish to be kpn travels operators?

                        Booked ticket to frichy on 15.10.17 and my ticket # j[protected]. Scheduled time is 21.15 pm, bus arrived at 21.30pm and staff told ur bus arrived, i entered the bus after ticket verification and boarded. After few minutes of travel staff in the bus told u r boarded wrong bus and to get down without any guilt. Had waited for long time to board my bus. Feel very much frustrated. Worst experience with kpn travels.

                          Kpn changed its bus, seat & route without informing to me on 12.10.2017 [mettupalayam → chennai].
                          I booked volvo multi axle semi sleeper through poonamallee route to chennai @ 8.15 pm, but they simply allocated some other bus in last seat o[censored]pper berth that too in thambaram route. Such a poor service i never seen in my life time, kpn mettupalayam office staffs not even responded to my issue, they said, "if you want to go, then board, or we will return the money". I called customer care, they said "you are not the only customer, am receiving many calls, so don't disturb". Is this the way to behave..??

They not even called me to get my opinion on it, when i reported kpn mettupalayam office @ 8 pm on 12.10.2017, then only i came to know these changes. Selecting bus type, seat & route is a 100% rights to customer, who gave this authority to kpn to change all theses basic things without getting opinion from customer..??

                          Will kpn return my time loss [due to change of route]..??
                          Will kpn return my comfortness loss [due to last upper berth seat & single axle bus]..??

                          Very very bad experience in my life

                            I booked for 08:15 pm bus. I received a confirmation sms with bus number. When we get into the bus they asked us to get down saying that this is going to ernakulam. We 5 people walked in to the office and asked the staff that we received confirmation sms with bus number but we received a careless response like wait your bus will come shortly. After half an hour a bus came and we were asked to get in. They did not give the seat no what i have booked l15, l16 but they gave me l19, l20. Very disappointed. Mobile charger socket is not working. When i asked the staff gave me a rude reply. One staff came again and peeping into our compartment were all got irritated. There is no privacy and safety for ladies. Very bad experience.
                            Sir I booked my parcel Bangor to aruppukottai through kpn speed parcel service now 4days completed didn't I receive my goods I asked to kpn office in aruppukottai branch but they didn't respond pls take nessery action

                              Had the worst experience with kpn. Booked our travel to rameswaram on 27th sept (Multi axel). Got sms at evening with the bus details but later past the boarding time was informed that the bus is cancelled. The shameless travel company cancelled the bus without giving us any advanced notice leaving our family stranded and clueless. Calls to their salem office yielded no help. Many passengers waiting for different buses voiced their complaints on regular misconduct of the drivers, delays and cancellations.

                                We booked a parcel from tirunelveli to vaniyambadi
                                On 31/07/2017 lr no. Tvl[protected] till the parcel is not received to us.
                                I contact many times in vaniyambadi branch parcel office manger and i complaint many times in your salem head office no.[protected], but in head office they told parcel is delivered at 02-09-17 and we are not responsible the parcel and contact vaniyambadi branch, but till now the parcel will not receive our concern. The vaniyambadi branch manager said "the parcel is missing, and if you complaint me in head office they will not take any action to me", then who will responsible our booked parcel.
                                We want our booked parcel and take immediate action of irresponsible manager

                                Bus condition is worst and AC temperature also not adequate it was like normal bus. Waste of 1000 rupees for ticket.they are cheating the public with unconditioned buses...

                                  Ticket was booked for non-ac sleeper at 11.15 bus from periyar bus stand madurai on 17.9 2017 (Ticket number [protected]). But your company has sent volvo semi sleeper instead of non-ac sleeper. Also, the driver found a problem in the bus in madurai. Vehicle number tn 30 bf 0259. But the bus was kept in a petrol bunk in the four way for 5 hours (From 12 am to 5 am) without informing this problem to passengers. My daughter called me to pick up from that place. I went there by my car and returned with my daughter to home. I have informed this over phone to your contact number[protected] on monday (17.09-2017). Now i want you to refund ticket amount. For this, you have informed to contact redbus. We have also booked a complaint in redbus. But you have replied to redbus that the bus was reached madurai, there is no problem. I request you to sent a mail to redbus that the bus tn30 bf 0259 was not run at that time to chennai. I have the proof for that. Otherwise sent the refund to the bank account.

                                    On 18.09.2017 i gone to book a parcel at kpn speed parcel, thiru-ve-ka industrial estate guindy, when i approached the billing ladies they told me to get the rates from the person who sitting in front,
                                    I approached for the rates and he was not responding my words and he simply say the charges will be rs 800,
                                    Then only i founded that he was a load man and there is no standard charges based on the weight, cbm dimensions... Etc
                                    What the rupees comes from the loadman's mouth is the charges for the items to be shipped
                                    I said the amount to the billing lady he entered the amount in system and took a print out for rs 1025 and told me that the extra amount more than 800 is system generated.

                                    Kpn parcel admin - pls intervene

Even though i have confirmed tickets they asked to wait and i found that they have gave my seat to someone and asked me to sit at back side @ seat 34. I think management is not taking care of customer problems. Also helpers/ cleaners in bus was so speaking worst words where an lady was sitting in seat number 43.. I have recordings for that

                                        I booked an e-ticket via redbus for trichy - chennai bus, starting at 12:40 am at central bus stand, trichy. When i called the office for assistance, they showed one bus and asked me to board. After boarding, the one incharge looked at my ticket and asked me to wait. Clearly, my seat has been given to someone else. He came after some time and told me that my seat is already occupied and that i had to share my seat with someone. I would like to remind that i had booked a single sleeper berth and he asked me to share twin-sleeper berth with someone. I told him this isn't what i paid for, and you give my alloted seat by moving the one who's already there. He said no and that i have to adjust, blah blah and stuff. I clearly told him either you give my berth or return my booked amount of rs 950. Suddenly he started lying saying that this isn't the bus i booked and that i have to wait for the next bus. I was frustrated and went to the booking office where there were literally noone except for a stupid dog, no pun intended. Noone was bothering over there and i was left to stand alone for 20 mins with noone to assist. Atlast, one bus came and i showed my ticket to them. They told that this is not the bus i booked and the one i booked has already left 20 mins back. I told him my situation and what has happened. The driver checked his list and said that since 4 of his bookings have got cancelled, i can take the single berth available. Eventhough, everything finished on a positive note, i can definitely say that kpn travels is the worst travel service i have ever travelled, be it in terms of bus condition, staff behaviour which is rude and irresponsible and pathetic customer care and i wish them good luck in their faltering path to disaster, if they continue to do the same.
