Kpn changed its bus, seat & route without informing to me on 12.10.2017 [mettupalayam → chennai].
I booked volvo multi axle semi sleeper through poonamallee route to chennai @ 8.15 pm, but they simply allocated some other bus in last seat o[censored]pper berth that too in thambaram route. Such a poor service i never seen in my life time, kpn mettupalayam office staffs not even responded to my issue, they said, "if you want to go, then board, or we will return the money". I called customer care, they said "you are not the only customer, am receiving many calls, so don't disturb". Is this the way to behave..??

This is how they cheated me. They not even called me to get my opinion on it, when i reported kpn mettupalayam office @ 8 pm on 12.10.2017, then only i came to know these changes. Selecting bus type, seat & route is a 100% rights to customer, who gave this authority to kpn to change all theses basic things without getting opinion from customer..??
Will kpn return my time loss [due to change of route]..??
Will kpn return my comfortness loss [due to last upper berth seat & single axle bus]..??
