[Resolved] Kpn Travels — Worst Service & Unethical Treatment | |
KPN TRAVELS WORST SERVICE & NO CUSTOMER CARE. When KPN Started the Travel service it was good and current scenario is very very worst. Because they have started their parcel services, they treat the passenger similar like parcels, people or not the parcels to handle such a way. We use to travel frequently to bangalore & chennai from Udumalpet, Pollachi, Tirupur, comparability KPN Travels are charging More than other travels. But their maintenance and services is poor we unable to travel in KPN buses now a days, we can see bedbugs several times in the bus, the A/c's were not functional if so the water seepage through the A/C ducts. When we discuss with the drivers regarding this they use to blabber that, mostly there are single drivers in the night so they cannot maintain the buses in the day times even there is no assistance for the drivers. And the booking offices are trying to push the complaints to the near by offices if we ask about the problems like this. We tried to help the KPN management to send the message regarding this but there was no responses for the complaint number given in the bus. We feel that they are charging more than the well maintained buses like SRM Transports / Conti etc... why KPN is not maintaining well with high charges. Each and everyone using KPN is facing issues every day. They treat passengers like . KPN have an very bad attitude and overconfidence. We have to think and stop using KPN. Dont use KPN service in your life time. Take an extra mile step and spread this messgae and convince people, not to use KPN service. Their business should come down. Only then they will realise their mistake.
