We reached the bus stop (KR Puram, Tin factory) at 10 pm in the night and kept waiting till 12:45 am.
In the meanwhile, at 10:45 when the bus did not arrive, we called at the customer care number given at the back of ticket.

[protected] we got no reply
After trying many times, someone picked up the later number and replied that bus will come in another 15 minutes. We waited for another 20 minutes and bus didn’t come.
Again after calling 2-3 times, this person gave us number of Control Room (080 –[protected].In many calls we made here while waiting till 12:45, the following was what we faced:
1. I don’t know / Don’t Call here / Call Later
2. Bus has not left Majestic. Can’t say when it will leave
3. May be its stuck in the traffic
4. Cannot trace where in the route it is
5. Wait for another 20 minutes / 30 minutes
6. If this bus wont come, wait for another one (WHICH ONE??? )
7. Shouted at us in Local Language.
8. Denied giving his name over the phone.
9. During all calls, the tone of person was very very RUDE.
After such a disgusting experience, we immediately came back and sent a complaint mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org, but no avail. Till now there is no reply from their side.
Mail was sent from [protected]@yahoo.com, Aug 16th, 1:44 am.
After that we have written a letter to DC Controller KSRTC Bangalore Central Devision on 19th August, 2008. Till now we have not got any response.
We were two girls waiting in middle of Road so late in the night. The place was highly unsafe and chilly in night. If something had happened in this course, would the govt employees had taken responsibility…???
Plus, if we dont trust govt agencies for timely services and polite reponses, where will the citizens go?

The scheduled time was 20:05, an hour later at 21:00 a bus to kannur arrived, to our surprise when we approached the conductor he said this ticket is for the earlier bus which is cancled.If you want we will drop you at Mattanur which is our route or you can go and get the ticket canceled. On approaching the Traffic Controller in charge the reply also was the similar, If you want you can travel by this other wise you can cancel the ticket, we are helpless we cannot do anything. This was the decision by our manager to club the service to the earlier bus to this service.I am really surprised this is the kind of service we deserve after paying for it. Imagine the plight getting down 30 to 40 kilometers away in the midnight and take a alternate bus. I cant imagine if it were my family was supposed to travel.The similar expereince in the same route another 10 days back.I was on the same Kannur bus departing at 20:00. Just after Mysore there was some trouble with the clutch, The drive manages to take the bus to gudalur depot workshop. It was around 2:00 in the midnight, and unfortunately the night shift mechanic not available, we had to sleep in the bus untill early morning 7:00AM till the mechanic arrived.
Who is responsible for these kind of services and whom should we reach to complain about these inconvenince.
The conductor and the Traffic controller said we are helpless we cannot do anything. Would they accept the similiar service inconvenince.I tried to reach on the enquiry numbers that were on the back of the ticket of which none are active.
Is this what we deserve for trusting the service.
