I am shri ram gupta my address is chanda genral store c-10, 14 DSIDC complex kalyan puri new delhi 110091. I have took a fride of kwality wall ice cream 2 years ago but after in month of oct-nov, 2007 i have refunded ice cream of Rs 5000 onwards
after that they do not come back to give my 5000 ice cream and also not taking any kind of futher orders from my shop pls help me.pls refund my Rs 5000 ice cream or money of goods.

otherwise i will take sterns legal step against you

Kwality Walls Ice Cream — Misinformation

The Company has a lucky draw scheme which guarantees a prize for everyone.
But whenever we send a SMS either there is no reply OR reply comes no already claimed ????
This is just to fleece customers

Ice cream

A bought a 2 litre tub of ice cream and when a opened it ther was big spaces all the way around it a was very disappointed

I purchased family pack butter scotch 2 pack dated 13/02/17.I like butter scotch because of crispy chocolate inside ice cream but the one I purchased is not crispy and melting.This is not good quality as provided by Kwality ice cream.Please take action and provide me proper compensation as shopkeeper is not taking it back.
