This letter comes from a Kwality walls die hard fan who is pained by the attitude of the ice cream vendors(carts) of the company in hyderabad. I shifted to hyderabad few months back and saw a trend unseen in whole of our country. Here the cart vendors scratch out the MRP from all the ice cream wrappers and charge Rs5-10 more than the actual cost. I resident of Airport Authoritys of India,Chennai,Meenambakkam would like to bring to your notice that one of the Kwality Walls salesmen carrying cycle of ice creams in our area is selling the "FUN MANGO " and "FUN Orange" icreams for 7/- Rs.instead of 5/- Rs. (which is its printed price).In any other shops the mentioned icecreams can be bought for 5/- Rs. When enquired him about abt the same, says in parlours can get at 5/- Rs. but with him it is for 7/- Rs. only.Also the chart which he has displaying all ice creams with their prices,he has purposely pricked the prices of "FUN MANGO " and "FUN Orange".I request you take strict action against the person as he is repetadely cheating everyone.

The company's ice cream vans near Victoria (Kolkata, West Bengal) are charging Rs.2 more than the MRP & when asked the reason they say its like this only, if you want to buy then buy orelse leave....
