This letter comes from a Kwality walls die hard fan who is pained by the attitude of the ice cream vendors(carts) of the company in hyderabad. I shifted to hyderabad few months back and saw a trend unseen in whole of our country. Here the cart vendors scratch out the MRP from all the ice cream wrappers and charge Rs5-10 more than the actual cost. Charging Rs.10 extra than MRP by the Tricycle person

I stay in BHuvaneshwari Nagar, CV Raman Nagar PO, Bangalore. The tricycle carrying Kwality Walls Ice Cream comes very frequently and the person charged Rs.10/- extra for Twister Ninga Ice Cream. THe price on the cover is tampered and he displays a menu with a different price which is quite different from the menu available in the SHops. A company like Hindustan Lever should not get its image tarnished by these people....

I have charge more Re 1 for Cooling Charges on Ice Cream, Can any one tell me is it a valid to charge re 1 Extra for ICE for Cooling Charges. Please do some thing for these Shop Keeper's. I bought 4 Ice Cream from PALLAVI HOTEL, where they charge me extra re 1 .

Charging more
The company's ice cream vans near Victoria (Kolkata, West Bengal) are charging Rs.2 more than the MRP & when asked the reason they say its like this only, if you want to buy then buy orelse leave....
