Hello good evening, my name is K. Mahendran. I bought KWALITY WALLS SHAMELESS VANNILA Ice cream family pack on 29.03.2024 at Shri Krishna Department Store, Karur Gandhi Village. When I got home, I kept it in the freezer box without opening it. Then I opened it yesterday (06.04.2024), it was spoiled and had an unfair smell. When I showed it to the Krishna department store where bought it, they simply replied "that this cream manufacturer only responsible so we will ask them and inform you later". Really this is making me uncomfortable. I am expecting your valuable response from your end . I have attached the photos with this message.
