I had booked 2 tickets for the India-Australia practice match [Feb 13, 2011] on Jan 31 2010 for 1000 each.

Later the prices were slashed by 75% and cost of the ticket was 250 only.
Kyazoonga had put up on their website that they will process the refund in 3~4 weeks.
It is now more than 7 weeks and there is no mail or communication from kyazoonga.
I have written couple of mails already to kyazoonga, I have also registered a complaint with them on their website and I have called them more than 5 times, each time the call lasts for atleast 10 mintues but there is no reponse.
If Kyazoonga have to handle an international event like 'ICC World Cup', I feel they need to show a little bit more of professionalism. I am still banking on them, as I have to get a refund of 1500. :(
The status is the same with couple of more friends of mine who have booked through kyazoonga.
I am hoping kyazoonga will update the status ASAP.
