Hi, yesterday - 23rd oct -2017, i have tried booking 4 tickets for the semi final between brazil and england. However after waiting for around 4 hours in the web queue, when my turn came, 2time money has been deducted from my account but no ticket has been booked. Now - how can i see the match?
