Dear Sir,
I had tried to book 2 tickets for India and England Match (match dated 27.02.2011) on 25.02.2011 around 10.30pm.
First time when I tried to book two tickets transaction was failed. I mean it shows communication error.
So, again second time I tried to book and transaction became successful and i got confirmation ID also.
Where as in my Credit Card statement the amount is deducted for both failed and successful transaction.
I got successful transaction and confirmation only once, but erroneously amount deducted two times from my account. It is therefore, I request you kindly please arrange to refund the amount Rs.2803/- .
I sent mail to customer service regarding this but till now I am not received any reply from kyazoonga.
