I have the same issue... havent received my tickets although bought it six months back... No one replies to mail and phone call is impossible to get through.. it is ruining my travel plans... pathetic customer service

I think Kyazoonga has the worst designed website among all the online ticket booking websites.I booked 10 tickets for India-newzeland test match in bangalore in August.After i gave all the details, the gave me 'page cannot be displayed' message.But i got charged 7 also their website doesnt have the facility to reprint teh ticcket.When I wrote to them, they sent me the tickets after 2 days .by that time the match was over & i had already bought 10 more tickets for that day.When i went to the ticket counter ofthe stadium i came to know that I am not the only one who have faced this issue. many like me were also there.
I am following up with them since 6 months but they are just giving me lame & sometimes fake excuses.
Please guys, dont ever book tickets through kyazoonga.
