Hi,
I paid rs. 400 for four tickets for the semifinal match between england and brazil of the under-17 football world cup, india, to be held at yuvabharti krirangan, kolkata on 25.10.2017, but my tickets are not generated. I paid through state bank of india's internet banking. The payment reference number is '[protected]igacfznwf0 transfer to 4 ". Please refund my money....

No Refund for Payment Despite Written Communication

I had booked 3 spaces for an event named Godrej EON (cycling event) through kyazoonga.com, for which I have the transaction proof, paid on 5th October 2012. However, the event was postponed by the organizers, due to which I could not participate in the same. Despite being assured verbally as well as in writing through email communication by kyazoonga.com's customer service, they have not refunded the amount (INR 3,522.47/-).

Kyazoonga not refunding tickets for the show cancelled

I had purchased 2 tickets for Bryan Adams Delhi concert for INR 4300, the show was cancelled.

But I have not received any emails from Kyazoonga regarding refund of tickets purchased for Bryan Adams concert in Delhi.

On the other hand, they emailed me for, first confirmation of sale of tickets, second for venue pickup of tickets and third for cancellation of concert and how the refund process will be announced....

Amount deducted but NO Ticket Provided

I booked 2 tickets on http://www.kyazoonga.com , Amount 513 Rs was deducted from my debit card but no tickets were provided. I sent many mails to the customer care email id that they have provided on their site but no response to any of my emails. Called to the number they provided but they leave me on hold and dont respond....

I had booked 4 tickets thru kyazoonga.com for Bran Adams show.When I was doing the internet booking due to some error in the website the tickets were not booked.So I booked the tickets again after sometime.

But Kyazoonga had booked my tickets for the failed transactioon too.
So instead of getting 4 ticket I got 8 ticket.I followed up this with kyazoonga customer service and got the 4 tickets cancelled.br...

Refund not available

I had booked 5 tickets at a total cost Rs.3693 for the India Australia ODI match to be held at D.Y.Patil stadium on 11th November 2009 through the site kyazoonga.com (Official partner in ticket sales). The match was called off due to bad weather.Two days later i.e. on 13th November 2009 MCA (Mumbai Cricket Association) declared to give the ticket refunds. Till today i.e on 21st November 2009 no signs of refund are seen on there website. Please...

Hello,
I tried to book 2 tickets for the movie Kambhaqt Ishq, at Inox
Bangalore, M.G.Road branch for 4th July, 2009; 2:40pm show.
After giving the details in the Verified by Visa page, the page timed out.
In my credit card, the amount of Rs. 473.50 has been deducted 2 times -
total Rs.947.
But I did not get any booking confirmation!
