[Resolved]  Kyazoonga — Refund of Cancelled tickets amount

HI,
I had booked 4 tickets thru kyazoonga.com for Bran Adams show.When I was doing the internet booking due to some error in the website the tickets were not booked.So I booked the tickets again after sometime.

But Kyazoonga had booked my tickets for the failed transactioon too.
So instead of getting 4 ticket I got 8 ticket.I followed up this with kyazoonga customer service and got the 4 tickets cancelled.
I have a confirmation mail too from Kyazoonga.com that they have cancelled my tickets and the reversal of my amount is in process.

This was about 25 day back.I have tried many time calling to their call center which is always engaged and have also wrote at least 10 mails to the customer service even treatning them of consumer court.I feel this website is a fraud.People please be aware of this fraud website.

Kyazoonga — Refund of Tickets

Dear Sir / Madam,

for the rfund of Match ticket for INdia-Australia 7th ODI in Mumbai which was washed off becasue of rain, i have followed up with Kyazoonga multiple times.

There was a statement from MCA in Nov stating that the ticket fee would be refunded. Kyzoonga used to say that they are awaiting on the process of how the refund will be made. This statement continued for 1.5 months

Today when i called up Kyazoonga, they informed me that the refund happended directly by MSA in the last week of December and there is no refund now and Kyazoonga is not involved.

Kyazoonga — No Merchandise, No Refund, No response

I had ordered one merchandise,CWC Phone Charm Bal, with respect to Cricket world cup 2011 on Feb 02, 2011 from their website using net banking worth Rs 300.00 . I did not receive any goods, neither a refund. The amount has already been paid using my net banking.. Tried calling the Company but nobody picks the phone. Even written many email reminders, but no response.

Please kinldy help in this regard.
Yes they are fraud because i have booked 4 tickets too and the show got cancelled but till today i am still waiting for the refund but kyazoonga is shameless and even not giving me any reply when i contact them.

I had purchased 2 tickets for Bryan Adams Delhi concert for INR 4300, the show was cancelled.

But I have not received any emails from Kyazoonga regarding refund of tickets purchased for Bryan Adams concert in Delhi.

On the other hand, they emailed me for, first confirmation of sale of tickets, second for venue pickup of tickets and third for cancellation of concert and how the refund process will be announced. But there has been no email announcing the refund process.

Since I was out of town, I did not visit their website everyday, but I do check my emails everyday and night. When no email was sent, I visited their website. It said I have to fill an application form, and the forms were available for just a week from Feb 24-March 2.

I called their call center, which is always engaged and written email to the customer service, even threatening them of consumer court.

No website asks to fill application form for refund, IRCTC, Yatra, MakeMyTrip, BookMyShow etc.. all of them have got automatic refund process. Also, Kyazoonga never asked for so many documents while selling the tickets. And now just one outlet for entire NCR to get refund, when they had so many outlets for selling tickets? Their intentions are surely not right.

Google "Kyazoonga refund", and you will find hundreds of complains against them, not just for concert, but prior to that, and now during world cup tickets. The website is a fraud. People must be prevented from such fraud.

Since I have not received any service or product, promised by Kyazoonga, this kind of attitude is cheating and violation of consumer rights and probably IT laws.

If we, the consumers unite against this and fight our case, we can put an end to such frauds. Please show support if you are with me.

I would like to group everyone having refund problems with Kyazoongha, Together all we can take the case to the consumer court and make it go public through various media - and also if any lawyers or experts could advice the legal procedures to proceed to claim refunds - comments welcomed asa[.

Kyazoonga — non refund of Bryan Adams show tickets

I had purchased 40 tickets for the Bryan Adams show worth rs. 85000/- as the show got cancelled, the money was supposed to be refunded. i had submitted the online application on 28th Feb but till today i have not received any refund. No one picks up the phone or replies back to the email.

The office address at Delhi does not even have a kyazoonga board. The staff there including the so called CEO Neetu Bhatia are all people with no professionalism. an absolute;y rude staff with a zero customer service attitude.

when i went to their office and met Neetu, she said she had no obligation to answer the phone calls or reply to my mails. the situation went out of control and i had to call the police to register a complaint.

I just want to make others aware that this is a fraud site and one should not do any transactions on this website.

KYAZOONGA--an extremely UNPROFESSIONAL/ Pathetic and a FRAUD website.
I missed their timeline for refund application. What is going to happen with my money [Rs 6000/- for three tickets??

yes they r not giving our refund money back
I have booked 4 tickets of 10/04/2011 thru net. The payment of the same was deducted from my bank a/c against transaction ID ICONN/26278336/050411/CCAVEN but I have not recd. the tickets. I had gone to the stadium for the tickets but they were unable to give the tickets and gave us the dummy no.[protected] which is not active. So pl be aware of this fraud people. Don't book ticket thru net. God know whether I will get payment of Ticket.

Check out the site I've mentioned above - Consumerdaddy.com... it's pretty good and we all can register for free there and have some concentrated action against these guys.

Kyazoonga — Product purchased online not delivered

I had purchased a World cup t shirt merchandise (size LARGE) from kyazoonga on 5th feb. they sent a size SMALL on 11th march. On sending a mail about the wrong size sent, they replied asking me to post it back to them. I spend 50 bucks and send it back on 28th march. But still havent got the correct tshirt. Have sent multiple mails after that nut havent got any response. And their call centres are never reachable... Below is the copy of the mails exchanged:-
