BSNL Landline — Delay in connection

I have applied for BSNL land line connection around end of year 2007 and I am yet to get the connection.

BSNL — Bfone Connection delay.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was applied for the new broadband connection with new telephone line on 20-May-2009. But till now I have not got the connection even after my repeated reminders and visit to BSNL office Ponneri, Tamilnadu. I have the receipt for the amount which I have paid for the new Bfone connection. On your request, I am ready to send you the copy of bill.

Pl. look into this on urgent basis and help me to get the connection.

When I call from outside on above phone I am getting ring but to above landline there is no dial tone or ring is bussing.

Instrumene does not provide me to last 2 years

I purchased new landline connection two years before but they are not provide me landline instrument, office staff say me we have no new instruments so please to be provide me instrument.
