Dear Sir,
I am Ram Pratap Singh from Lucknow.

1- [protected] security money & document to Rajiv shukla ( airtel worker ) for fixedline connection.
2- [protected] my application was submitted by Rajiv shukla ( airtel worker )
3- my office opening date[protected] but my connection is still pending while I was assured by Mr.Rajiv
shukla that connection will be completed by[protected].
4- Airtel worker mr .Rajiv Shukla ,mr. Anand and mr. Vikas were asking extra charge for installation.
But I did not give them any extra charge.
my installation requested no.12544171.
my previous complaint no.28142478 dt.[protected]
my fixed line connection allotted no.-[protected]
Above all my application has reverted on[protected].

Sir I have question for you, can we not install fixed line connection without extra charge
as bribe?

You are requested to please look in to the Matter and take necessary action at your earliest
