[Resolved] LANDLINE PHONE — no response after 4 complaint about instrument | |||
Sir, I have been complaint 4 time on your toll free no. but they are not attend complaint single one. My complaint is 1. telephone Key number 1,2,3 not proper work. ( complaint no[protected] 2. receiver cable not work properly ( complaint no[protected] 3.Telephone caller ID display not shows 10 digit of telephone no. ( complaint no[protected] Remark: Executive ask for same complaint number to resolve it.) 4.battery not charge of phone due to cable connection problem & volume not catch properly by receiver of phone,as above complaint pending yet. ( complaint no[protected] this all complaint not solve at the time of complaint. nobody response by your company. I have to need (most important link of) communication thought phone in our business. I am really very highly dissatisfied customer who paid phone bill 2000/ month. that is the last way, i used for complaint otherwise i have to choose another telephone company who care me best.
