my telephone No.[protected] is not working for the last six months. please make it to work immediately. otherwise i have no option but to take the matter further. BSNLis hopeless .

Landline telephone — DISTURBANCESS PROBLEM

My telehone no 2432289 while talking lot of disturbances and noice comming.
the several time complaintg given to your call centre but still probelm not being solved.
I am paying my monthly telephone bill well in time every month.

Landline telephone — Telephone Line lying dead

I am having your landline telephone connection bearing number[protected] and my residentail eddress is BD/31, Janakpuri, NewDelhi-110058. The telephone is lying dead for the last three days, inspite of my complaining at 198 and to the concerned AE the tetlephone is still lying dead.I am a senior citizen and telephome acts as my lifefline. Kindly look into it and my telephone defect be rectified.

My Landline Telephone No.[protected] is not working Properly Since last 18 Months I have given meney complaints to the local authorities at Nagole exchange and they are expressing helpless until unles CABLE CHANGE. I donot know when the BSNL authorities are going to replace the cable. Actually while making 6 way express road from UPPAL TO L.B.NAGAR ALL THE CABLES ARE DISTURBED AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO REPLACE IT. Hope atleast you may consider our case, if possible kindly replace/repair the underground cables etc. but our Telephones must be under working condition without any further distubence please.

Landline telephone — line dead our end

Landline[protected] does not work since 24.08.11. We cannot hear.Complaint made on 24.08.11 with no. B5462(not sure about B).No action on even daily phone to local office.Staff divert from one to another.Bypassing their system.They gossip.These people are pushing PSUs to astray.I want bill deducted for non-service.Restore telephone first.
We need Anna Hazare or Maoist .May be your people expect something.They simply do not care.
Please help or I will go further.

Landline telephone — not working properly

My landline not working properly. eg 1). 01.8.2012 to 04.08.12, (2) 08.08.2012, (3) 09.8.12 to 12.08.12 (4) 14.08.12 to 30.8.12 nearly 25 days my phone and broadband was not worked. But the department says, continuously not working four days only taken to account and less than 4 days
not taking into account. The telephone bill received for the month of Aug'2012 is Rs. 654/- for non working days also. Kindly intervene and settle the issue.
