Landline telephone — Telephone Dead since 2 months | |||
My Land line telephone No.[protected] situated in Village Mandhol near Baijnath Himachal under SDO/T Baijnath within Himachal circle of BSNL is faulty since 12/02/2013 and complaint was lodged to computerized complaint cell Dharamsala vide complaint ID [protected] on the same day. Despite several complaints to the AGM Shimla through E/mails and personal contacts with the concerned officers no heed is being paid. I am at a loss to understand that since I am the benefited user of the department why not my complaint being attended. Every time it is happening and the mobility of this telephone is not more than 10%. Myself is a senior citizen with an age of 72 years and a retired employee of Railway and telephone services are urgently required by me. Kindly take suitable action against this company and order restore the service permanently not ignoring a sr citizen Kuldip Chand Sood Vill Mandhol PO thara Tehsil Baijnath Distt Kangra HP. I would like to bring it to your notice for urgent restoration of my landline telephone, number[protected], in my name Mrs Ballari Sarkar, address-D -103, Block 1, KOYLA VIHAR VASUNDHARA, VIP ROAD, PO- AIRPORT, KOLKATA-700052. I have been making complaints and trying my best, but couldnot restore the line for last two month. There is no payment failure .More over i am holding a responsible position in administration as a deputy secretary to DVC, MAIN SECRETARIAT, and my husband Dr K P DUTTA is also a Doctor with very high position in INDIA.I solicit your kind and early action in this regard please.
