[Resolved]  Larsen & Toubro Limited, Mr Dinesh Ranka And Bda / Bbmp Bangalore — Consealing Information (Cheating) , Violation of Court orders

Larsen & Toubro Limited, is developing Group Hosing project named South City at Bangalore. Mr Dinesh Ranka is land owner and L&T is the developer. I have bought a flat in the project with area of 945 sq. ft.

The total project is for construction of more than 2000 flats and connected civic amneties. The plan consists a park , 60 feet road adjscent road ( running east to west). The total land is 34 acres. The builder taken permission for constructing flats based on the 34 acre land. Now, builder has relinquished the Park and adjascent road to BDA, which was never mentioned to the flat buyers while sale was made. In the sale deed the developer stated that he is sole owner of the 34 acre land.

The relinquishment was made in the year 1996. However the BDA never came forward, to take possession of the same. So, builder was showing the park and the road as his property and sold all flats. After all flats are sold, all of sudden BBMP has appeared and taken the possession of the road and park. That means it is very clear that BDA/BBMP got together with the Developer to cheat the public. Question is

1. Why BDA/BBMP did not took possession of the park and road immediately after the relinquish deed is made ?

2. Why BDA/BBMP not even put a board that it is their property.

3. How BDA /BBMP allowed L&T to construct a marketing office, in the area designated for park. After taking possession of the park, BBMP has made this marketing office, into their office. Another clear violation of their own rule.

The land owner developer and BDA all together cheated the public who purchased the flats in this project.

After the relinquishment of 12 acres of land, the total land came down from the 34 acres to 22 acres. In such case, how they have mentioned in the sale deed that the Owner/Developer is the owner of 34 acre land ?.

The building area has been decided based on 34 acre land. Once 12 acre land is surrendered, the total land is reduced. In such case, they also should have reduced, the total are of the construction.
BDA failed to act on this.

BDA being the government body, it is its duty to make things clear to the public, so that no builders can cheat. But here we find BDA is part of this cheating.

Also builder entered into another relinquish agreement with BDA, after several flats are sold, without the consent of the flat owner. Once the few flats are sold, the builder will be, no more sole owner of the land. As mentioned in the agreement, the flat owner also has some share in the land. In such case, how BDA can make agreement with the developer. ?.

BDA a goverment body has cheated public in every front.

There are few court cases, pending on this issue.

In midst of this, BBMP has broken the compound wall and forcefully taken possesion of the park and road.
It is clear violation of the court. Hence BBMP/BDA does not give any value to our courts and law.
If Government body openly flouts court orders, causes inconvenience to the public, who will safeguard public ?.

BBMP is taking road into possession, citing reason for better connectivity. But they do not have any plans to make proper roads which will lead to the road they have taken forcefully. Then on who interest BBMP/ BDA is acting ?.

Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Mr Dinesh Ranka and BDA/BBMP all together

1. Cheated public with wrong information and concealing information
2. They are not respecting courts and acting against courts.
3. BBMP is making an office, in the area designated for park.
4. They are making illegal agreements, to justify their acts.
