Regarding the problem and service of my LAVA A9 Mobile. Based on your information the newly launched software has been upgraded for my mobile. After upgrading this, only 2 days my cellphone worked fine and now the same problem persists. Kindly note that this is the third time the software problem occurs and third time software has been upgraded. After upgrading the software even by thrice as well as the new one, still the same problem.....
