Dear sir/madam.
We purchased LAVA Mobile 6 months back. Within six months we serviced twice for speaker defective through their authorised dealer. Third time also we are facing the problem, speaker is not working. Now we would like to the replacement of the mobile handset. Regarding this we have written complaint to LAVA international. But they do not reply. I worte complaint to [protected]@nic.in. They also do not reply it.
Kindly arrange the replacement of this handset as soon as possible.
