[Resolved] Lays, Pepsico India — NO CHIPS IN PACKET

Hi this is Juhi from udaipur, i have purchased 150 gm packet of Lays which only has air and no chips . B.no N203C MFD 03 JAN 08 i have been regular consumer and i definately feel tht this is not as per the standard of the company . though the matter is only of rs 5 but the amount of shame i felt in front of my two daughters tht is not at all mesaurable . they were asking me to buy this for long and whole coming from school when i purchased n gave them the packet they shook it n said there is no voice of chips in the packet, i was shell shoked and yes it was correct . how MNC's can do so much blunder and if they are doing this they need to repay teh same .
