Lee Cooper — denim tore off after first use
I had purchased Lee Cooper denim from Pantaloons Ahmedabad on 30-Oct-09. The fabric of the denim got tore off from the label, within first use itself. I had used it in normal conditions and there was no strectching of the fabric since I had put the belt over the label. I took the denim to the Pantaloons Ahmedabad store and they refused to replace it saying it has been torn due to abnormal wearing. And they took decent 2 months to respond to my issue. I would never recommend Lee Cooper & Pantaloons. I had found the customer service desk people very unprofessional. Was this information helpful?

Pantaloon is a low end store, least bothered about customer satisfaction, just like Big Bazaar & Home Town that sells cheap products
