Dear Sir, I have purchased the leather Shoes of Lee Cooper. I have observed that the Sole is crumbled / cracked from heel side and from the sides, while the top leather is perfectly good. The Sole from heel side also seems halo from inside while pressing from out side. I am surprised that how the quality of Lee Cooper Shoes become so bad. I am a regular user of Lee Cooper shoe. I do not have cash memo / bill details. But I am sure that while you look the condition of shoe is perfectly good except the Sole and the bad condition of sides. I want the replacement of my Shoes at free of cost/ repair of my shoes.

I am so disappointed to draft you this email. I have been a loyal customer of Lee Cooper for very long time, but not anymore.
I recently bought a pair of black Lee Cooper formal shoes. Though the shoe looked amazing. It was one of the worst buys ever.
1. What ever colour socks you wear, it turns black, .

2. The colour of shoes are changing to grey.

I recently purchase a black and white mix Lee Cooper shirt. As it has white elements on it I washed it separately. Though I washed it separately the black colour from the shirt got mixed with the white elements.
I seriously didn’t expect this cheap quality from Lee Cooper. Its a big waste of money for me. I am really disappointed and unsatisfied on the product.

I purchased Lee Cooper shoe Article 1686 colour brown worth rupees 2400 from turning point shop at Fraser road patna on 20th Nov 2021 on 22nd morning first time wore the shoe but at 4pm observed that shoe sole got turn...then went to shop from where I purchased to complain and asked about replacement. Shop owner refused and said give the shoe we will see what to do but will not replace it and took my shoe.

I wants to resole my lee Cooper shoes.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have one shoe of lee cooper which was gifted by my friend last year from a kolkata showroom . I wore the shoe one time after that I kept it in a box, as I was out of station for my service . As I came home I opened the box and put on the shoe . On my way to office I noticed that the lower portion sole is getting crack as I am walking in room and whole sole is getting detached from main shoe bodyI big company like Lee Cooper it's unexpected and it's a prestigious issue and I am a customer of Lee Cooper since many years Pls kindly look the issue seriously and waiting for your feedback

I have brought a men’s lee Cooper sandals from an authorised retailer in Faridabad about an year ago and the product has been used very lightly yet the cushions in the sandals have worn out completely. My foot hurts while wearing them now. This is really bad quality

The concern is within two month the leather of shoes is torn and rugged and Today I checked that the soul has opened from the front side. I purchased costly shoes for comfort and I think these are useful shoes but these shoes failed within 6 months.Local brand shoes work more than the same.I have attached the invoice copy and warranty slip for your reference. I am really disappointed with the shoe and brand also. I purchased shoes from RED TAPE brand from the TATA Cliq platform and it worked for more than two years without any issue.
Kindly arrange for replacement for the same as early as possible or provide other possible resolutions.

No.:[protected], Bill No.: 5149/16.02.2020 for Rs. 2800 After couple of weeks I saw that the sole of the shoe sarted cracking, covid19 lockdown started I haven't registered a complaint to the shop, I will have to fix it from anywhere else. I don't understand that after spending 2K & so on a best brand I have to suffer this much. Can you help me out or should I think this is the customer relationship policy of the company?

I have purchased the Shoes of Lee Cooper in Big Bazaar at Badarpur border near toll plaza around a 8-9 months back with the price of around Rs. 2599
Suddenly the Sole pasting remove & leather is cutting of sole pasting.

I am surprised that how the quality of Lee Cooper Shoes become so bad in just 8-9 months. Tell me why some buddy should buy Branded Shoes like Lee Cooper for 2500 with no good life.

My left Shoe's side sole is come out from the welt. The left shoe's side had tore within 30 days. At the time i messaged the customer care they tols me they can't replace the product. But i feel like the quality of your is becoming less i'm a person using your products for a long time but now Its was too bad of your product, thw quality is too bad..

I purchased one pair of shoe (London last) from greater noida last month. Now sole has started getting cracked from outer part.

I feel cheated now as it was not expected from reputed company/brand like yours.

I do not find its invoice. Is there any chance of shoe replacement or sole replacement?

Please suggest as i have stopped using this shoe.

I had purchased a formal lee cooper shoes from lifestyle store in r-mall in september 2018.in less than a month the stitches near the laces had torn out and within two months also see the gum sticking the shoe sole is coming out. I had approached the lifestyle store and informed the same in january 2019. To my surprise they are saying its more than 3 months and so cannot do anything.

I bought a lee cooper formal shoes oct 2018 by reliance trends at xperia mall dombivali but my shoes leather skin removing issue after 15 days, shoes prices 2700 hundred i m regular custmor in yr brand i like lee cooper brand because this is soft, comfortable and design but i m very very disappointing pls rectify the this matter and problem solution. And i need replacement.

I have bought lee cooper men's formal shoes fro amazon.in on 4th nov 2018. Shoe top got detached from the sole on 7th of dec. I tried reaching amazon for replacement. But they asked me to contact the manufacturer. But i couldn't able to contact them as there is no proper contact number available anywhere. I need a replacement as it's manufacturing defect. I have attached invoice copy for your reference

I bought shoes through myntra 15 days back and wore it once.in one wear threads of the shoes came out. When i checked with myntra i got reply stating that it is not a manufacturing defect so they can't replace it. I did not understand how this is not manufacturing defect. If stitches were done properly this shouldn't have come out.

Please let me know way forward on this.

I have buy lee cooper shoes from metro unit no. F-107, first floor empress mall, nagpur maharashtra india-440018, 06 month back i. E in the month of october2017.
The sole was damage within 06 month. I have so much trust on lee cooper, but sorry to say that its bad experience for me. Its cost around rs 2599/-. The sole is not good quality. I feel due to very old stock these prblm appears because the pu mtrl. Get hard & get crack after few time usages.

I suggest that company should take strong action with these blunders because we dont know how old stock are selling. Company like lee cooper image gets down which is not good in this competition time.

Any how i need replacement for same & for this i will reach consumer forum.

I purchased lee cooper shoe from amazon and it got delivered on 14th feb 2018. I found damage at the bottom of the right shoe, when i tried to return it back the last day was 16th mar 2018. Since it got 10 days extended amazon are not accepting to return it back. I have contacted customer care as well they also keep on telling the same thing that they are not ready to return it back. They suggesting me to visit nearby showroom. If i visit any nearby showroom they might stick and give it to me.. It's completely waste of time going there and doing this... Kindly take action on this.

Shoes purchased on 27 jan'17 & within 7-8month sole get cracked. Contact lee copper for defect but they are not considering it as defect whereas during purchase retail manager had given life time warranty on sole.

Even within 3 month of purchase, shoes get cracked & it get repaired by showroom & they confirmed that if any quality issue happens in future they will replace but now they are not accepting this as defect.

I bought black jeans frm big bazar in october but its colour fade in just one wash im very disapointed frm its quality and it also attracting dust dnt know what to do as i hv lost lost bill..

I purchased a pair of lee cooper shoe from myntra on 15 april 2017 worth of
Rs 2300. The myntra order number for the shoe is[protected]-4389101. Now just few days back i found big crack in the shoe sole. Crack was found on both shoes. The crack has been there for at least two months. It came to my knowledge when i found water is being drained through the crack inside the shoe. Now i can't wear the shoe. I purchased a lee cooper jeans at end of june from big bazar. I wore it for the 1st time last week and it tore away. The jeans is of so bad quality that it is getting tore even if i stretch it a bit. I tried to contact the customer seva desk but no use as i had no bill, they didn't even bothered for alternative solution. Is this the quality and customer service they provide? If such multi retail outlet do not hear grievance than what's the difference between local stores and them?

Snapdeal India's No.1 cheating marketing online, don't go for online any websites, support local sellers..
problem is I am premium customer in Snapdeal since 4 years, I've ordered more than 100 products and giving 35000 rupees by business, most as prepaid and i'm not given a single loss to them and courier too by collecting products properly.
Since 2 months I've highly disappointed with them, out of 10 products, 6 products needs to be returned.. Then what is the purpose of purchasing??
Now the problem is, I purchased Lee Cooper Office Shoe from Snapdeal website by Net-banking prepaid option.
They delivered me a damaged/low quality item which was totally unexpected.
I didn't know and wearied for a day and went to office, come to notice that full of shoes having fungus outside.. I have wiped but its forms in white color again and again.
I really shocked and didn't scold Snapdeal regarding this issue, politely returned to them, and waiting for my refund since 27th Feb, 2017.
But they told "You are used that product, we can do anything, take that product again.. and if you have guts file a case against Lee Cooper or ask to them, we are not responsible"
The why they have as sellers to cheat us, they only the responsible for what they sold right??
Now I need my money back.. kindly do favor for right one..
i can't do with that fungus formed shoes anymore.. Big loss to me by economical and mind disturbed.
What can I do with that shoes??
I believed Lee Cooper for paying high money, and they failed to satisfy me..
Now they didn't have any guilty feelings to speak for customers.
I need my rights back, if they failed to do that, definitely I will meet them in consumer court very soon.
This issue entirely fault from Lee Cooper shoes and quality of leather is terrible, smelling bad and Rs.300 worth local shoes are 10 times better than that shoes.

I bought the Lee Cooper shoes on 17 Jan 2017 from Pankaj boot house in meerut. After 10 days shoes leather peeled off. I complained to shopkeeper about bad quality of shoes but he don't give me good response. After this I call for replacement of shoes but he take the shoes and told me to complained about the shoes on site. Now one month have over but here is no response from shopkeeper and company.
