[Resolved]  Lenovo Desktop 53122lq — Non delivery of Free Gift Items

I have purchased a Lenevo Desktop computer from Akshar Computers at Noida on 31-Dec-2008 vide invoice no. AC/SI692 Book No.-14 (Reference code number RED[protected]). As per the policy by Lenevo, I have opted for two free gift item for which I am supposed to submit some documents as specified. The said documents have been submitted to M/s Channel Technologies on 20-Jan-09 in person at the Office at Noida. Several follow up have been done and with reference to their email dated 18-Feb-09 they have promised to despatch the free gift with next 2-3 weeks time. Again, upon follow up, they have issed an email confirming to despatch the items with 2 weeks time. Now it s already two weeks have gone and I have not yet received the items not enev their feedback in this regards.

Its alright. But one thing pl. remember while you despatch thru' courier
where it should deliver it in my residence address after 4 pm on weekdays.
