[Resolved] Lenovo All In One B Series[protected] — Faulty computer | |||
I purchased a Lenovo Desktop All in one B Series[protected] from Unique Infoways (P) Ltd, Nehru Place vide their invoice number 000000MW[protected] dated[protected]. Now from the 1st week itself ther is a problm o'Blue Screen' we lodged our complaint and it took 6 days for them to respond. Then again a complaint was lodged. therafter the problem cntinued. At one point, we stopped using the computer. however encouraged by my last complant here( regarding Airtel Broadband), I have decided to lodge a complaint again. I must say: 1. The customer care at Lenovo India is real slow. 2. The service engineers who come for repairing jus past the bucks. 3. Today ( after 7 days) a service engineer has visited our place and advises us that the hard disk has devloped bad sectors and it rquires a replacement. For wich he has refused to commit date. When we requested him to ask for a change of piece (Obviously the problem existed fromvery begining), he tells us that if we rquest for a change of piece, the current fault-coaint would be deleted( hinting that we might have to wait for a much longer period). 4. If this is the quality and service that Lenovo advertises, then, its high time that they should stop selling at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
