[Resolved]  Lenovo — FAULTY LAPTOPS

I PURCHASED THIS BRAND NEW LENOVO LAPTOP 27Q SERIES WHICH IS THE LATEST IN THE COMPANYS RANGE OF LAPTOPS ON 24-10-08 FROM CROMA FARIDABAD.MY LAPTOP GOT FAULTY 0N 9/12/08 SUSEQUENTLY I DEPOSITED THE SAME TO THE COMPANYS SERVICE CENTRE IN FARIDABAD i.e I.T WORLD ON 10/12/08, NOW EVEN AFTER ONE MONTHS TIME MY PROBLEM IS NOT YET SOLVED.ON CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY THAT THE CASE HAS BEEN FORWARDED FOR LAPTOP REPLACEMENT AND HAS GIVEN ME A REFRENCE NO.ON INQUIRING WHEN WILL I GET THE NEW MACHNINE THEY SAY THE PROCESS TIME IS AGAIN ONE MONTH.NOW I SOMETIMES THINK THAT HAVING PURCHASED THE SO CALLED LENOVO BRAND I HAVE COMIITTED SOME SIN.AND WHAT ABOUT THE LOSS I AM INCURRING WITHOUT THE MACHINE.
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
I HAVE ALSO TALKED TO SENIOR PERSONS LIKE MR SUDEEP WHO HAPPENS TO BE HEAD OF HARYANA OPERATIONS BUT NO SOLID FEEDBACK IS GIVEN TO ME.MY LATEST REFNO IS 5028293.

To whom so it concerns,

Please find attached herewith the photographs of the laptop & box as required by you. The brand new laptop (Yoga 500, core 1-7, black colour, windows10) never started after i received it yesterday.

I have been using Dell XPS Laptop and 10 Dell Work Stations since last 5 years. But i never had any problem either in the laptop or the PCs. This time i made a mistake and selected to buy Lenovo Yoga 500. I have been trying and struggling since last two months to buy it. First, none of your Exclusive Stores in Surat had the Core i-7 Black colour model with Windows 8. i waited for more than a month to get black colour as only white & red colours were available. Then i was informed by the the Lenovo exclusive store that black colour would be available only in Windows 10, which was supposed to be launched on 15th August. Then had to wait for the Windows 10, core i-7 black colour. After i was fed up waiting for confirmation of delivery from Lenovo exclusive store, i ordered it online from thedostore. The payment got debited from my account but your website showed transaction failure. After submitting many proofs of my bank statement, thedostore accepted their mistake and agreed to ship the laptop.
Finally i received it yesterday, after this 2 months long struggle and obstacles. But to my disappointment, the Lenovo laptop did not start. i wonder how did you send it without any predelivery inspection. is there no quality check in Lenovo products before selling it to the customer. The support toll free number said your mother board is not working. i requested him to send a technician to check why its not working.
But let me make it very clear that i would not accept a replacement of motherboard. Either you replace this faulty piece with a brand new laptop immediately or please refund my full payment immediately.
Why should i suffer or accept a motherboard replacement in laptop which i cannot even start. i have paid full payment for a brand new laptop and not for a replacement in motherboard on day one of receiving of the laptop.
What is my fault in all these quality problem of your products. i think my mistake is to select Lenovo.

Please solve it immediately.
