[Resolved]  Lenovo / Desktop — lenovo's diwali offer!!!!

I have purchased a lenovo desktop 5313 1CQ from Aum Infotech. Vyara on 30 oct. 2008 through the invoice no.7326.The product serial no. is 1S53131CQMB12460. I was told that diwali offer is being given by Lenovo company. I completed all the formality on lenovo web for registering my PC and to claim this so called diwali offer. The redemption code of my claim generated is RED[protected]. I sent all the documents required to claim the gift to channel technologies, Noida . Till date no gift has been sent to me by lenovo. This is very harrashing to me that such a big company also cheat the cutomers.Now i suggest every one not to purchase any lenovo product as the company is big cheater.

I had purchased a Lenovo Y410 92Q (model no[protected], serial no - EB[protected] on 26th Oct 2008, invoice No - 1456, order no - 869 from Laptop world( pentagon Automation) . Redemption code - RED[protected]. I had opted for an MP3 player as well as Ladies fast track watch which were the two gift's to be availed from a list during the "Diwali Double Deal" but have received just an MP3 player. Would request you to kindly work on this matter or else we will have to forcefully log a complaint in the consumer court.

my cpu isnt working and my complaints had not been till attented
i had loged a complaint in yr janakpuri branch but inspite of repeated reminders the complait has nt been attented...
tiilll yet...
kindlyb ...loook in to the matter carefully and try to solve it as fast as possible cause we are facing a lot of problem...
