[Resolved] Lenovo Laptop — Insurance & Ext. Warranty Papers not recd | |
I have purchased the laptop on 22nd December 2008, Got the Finance from Bajaj Finance, It was told that I will get the Copy of Aggrement, Extended Warranty Papers and Insurance papers ( I have pay the extra amount for this ) after 15 days till date ( 58 days passed ) I have not recd the papers. the warranty service department noida have taken check about five thousand[protected] for two year service.when we call to service centre at nehru place,they told to us,you have not service,date expired.reciept of service is attached this complaint
