Dear sir, I have purchaged a Lenovo Laptop on 31st May 2008. Again I have extended its warranty under your 2 yrs warranty extension scheme through your representative of aforeserve, Patna by paying Rs. 5800 in form of cheque ( Which has been cleared in dec'2008 ) on 19th Dec. 2009. But its a matter of great sorrow that despite of repeated request, no any document has sent to me by your office regarding the same. I have requested to all of you through mail or phone several times, but got no any positive response fromyour end. Now you are compelling me to go under legal advice for the same if again you are not taking any action to solve my problem. Thanking you Amar Kumar 2nd Floor H/O Sri R.B. I given my mobile service center Ahmedabad for radio not working issues. after given service my mobile network not working properly. i don't have confined to given that service center. future what i will do. if again someing happen every day i spend to my time service center
