Lenovo, Laptop — Not given my laptop from service center | |
I leaved in Pilkhuwa district ghaziabad. I purchased a laptop in march 2008. brand name is LENOVO and model idea pad Y[protected]Q the cost of it 52000/- Rs. I facing many problems from the date of purchase. I detect a problem that laptop automatically restart. can not log on window for this i complaint in lenovo care and locked the call for repair it in the date 10 january 2009 but could not repair till now. I am suffering physically financially cause of that. I complaints many Times in lenovo care but not get solution for that. problem case id is L91A00L7 Was this information helpful? | |

I facing a problem that my laptop has no battery back up. Then I contacted the service centre at Calicut- the Redington, P.T.Usha Raod, 4th Railway Gate, Calicut – 673002 many times. Every time they are telling that one IC is damaged, it will be corrected soonly. Now this is the fifth month, pathetically it is not repaired so far. I am suffering physically financially because of that.
