[Resolved] Lenovo — PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY BUT NO SUPPORT PROVIDED | |||||
We have purchased 4 nos of LENOVO from SILICON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD in the month of August 28 2012 , One of the PC suddenly shut down completly and from there we are trying to contact the lenovo team. All the mails sent to them but no response from the team. Can somebody belive that the pcs were purchased on 28.08.2012 which were not updated in their records and the warranty alos not updated in their records till date. Further more we are giving calls to them daily basis from 21.05.2013 and today is 04.06.2013 for which they requires 48 hrs more. from that 21.04.2013 to till date they may not count the hrs.and today also they advise me to wait for 48 hrs more. AFTER THAT DAY I FACED MANY PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT . U CAN CHECK IT .I COMPLAINT ABOUT THU PRODUCT ATLEAST 24OR25 TIMES.I FACE 2 TIME HARDWARE PROBLEM AND 3 TIME DISK DRIVER PROBLEM I REPLACE IT SO MANY TIMES .I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. MY FRNDS ALWAYS MAKING FUN OF ME ABOUT UR PRODUCT .I VISIT UR SERVICE CENTER MANY TIMES .M ALSO NOT SATISFIED WITH WORKERS. AT LAST I WANT MY LAPTOP REPLACE WITH NEW ONE. *)in my laptop there is start up problem.*)its hang many times.
*)there is 4 partion in my hard-disk.named as--c,d,e,f. f drive shows 100mb free space.but really 2 mb free space.
f drive was unable to format.its hard-disk problem.
plz provide service.
