Lenovo Y[protected]q Notebook — poor customer service | |
I am Ujjwal Ghosh currently living at Durgapur want to attract your attention about this problem.I purchased a lenovo y[protected]q notebook on march, 2008.From the beginning my CD-rom does not work properly.every time I submit a complain and they replace it quickly but after some days the problem again arises.I have changed it several times but still can't find a permanent solution. Can you help me to get me out of this harassment? I am a B.Tech(IT) student of 3rd year so I don't have so much time to spent for this headache. Was this information helpful? | |

lenovo y410 notebook — poor service of lenovo service centers
dear sir,i am a customer lenovo and i have purchased my lenovo laptop (LENOVO Y410 ) on 29 july 2008 model no.:-77578CQ S/N EB08676639. recently 25 days before the audio jack of my laptop was not working properly thn i registered the complain on toll free no.[protected] than i visited the service center in jaipur (case id N97600XV) RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LIMITED B-17, SATYA MARG, NANDPURI MARKET, 22- GODOWN, JAIPUR-302006 i registered the complain about 13 july 2009 but the part of my laptop still not come. so that i am very disapointed with your service.And i want to know why you are troubling your customers?
