[Resolved]  Lenovo Y410 — dvd drive not working

Sir,

I bought Lenovo Lap some 7 months back and now im in the warranty period.. i have faced 4 times problem in DVD-ROM and 2 times in Battery...I would kindly request you to change the whole Lap some how... I just bought it only for the brand name but everything is in sane and i would request my friends to try for some other brands and i would like you to take some initiative in my case

same problem right from the bigining.I thought sound was just like that in all laptops. Moreover I was a biginer, doesnt know much about computers.But the DVD stops functioning recently.It was ok before.

mt dvd drive is not working

pls try to take other brand laptop because i brought y410 it gives me a lot of problem it will take more time to boot and dvd drive is not working i replaced 1 time anw itgive ing problem now again and in y410 bull vist is very slow

I have 3 years warranty of my laptop z580 but it shows warranty expired

My laptop z580. Was purchased on 20 Jul 2012 have 3 years warranty but why it's shows expired warranty

Warranty mobiles are not accepted at service centre

M/S. Vinayaka communications, 7th street extn. Gandhipuram, coimbatore - 12 is not taking the LENOVO sets under warranty for complaints and services.

HOW do i service my lenovo A6000 PLUS. Which is in warranty?
