I was purchased Lenovo y500 series notebook 2 months back. And i have send all requesting Documents for Lenovo bigloot offer. But still not any response should given from their side. I was purchased a Lenovo ,make laptop Y[protected]Q model.against the scheme of bigloot offer gift still not been received from u'r side,while all doc's already has been received by u.pl.check it

My Lenovo Y[protected]Q series is having a problem in CD DVD Rw , my notebook is is just 5- months older. it is making so much of noise after inserting dvd or CD And also not reading CD,s just show blank on the drive, i take all the precaution of thr drive but it is not working properly.
