Dear Sir, I hereby lodge my complain that my new year gift redemption was TATA SKY SATELLITE was couriered to me o/a dft. no. 0957/607216 dt.12.01.08 by your NOIDA centre. By telephonic enquiry, I came to know that it was couriered to me as on 01.03.08 but astonishingly still it is undelivered to me and for the last 2 days calls at both telephone nos.4080804/ 4080830 are unattended by M/s CHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES. i bought a lenovo laptop 6 months ago.
at that time summer carnival scheme was going on.
and the dealer promised me a 2 year warranty upgrade and a sports kit on behalf of company and i have not received the yet .
