Lenovo Y510 — My laptop not getting formatted with product recovery disc provided by the company | |
my lappy is not getting formated with the disc provided by company, its happening since a month, sometimes if he capslock is off, then also it displays capital letters and when we open any folder in a drives of harddisk then all the folders will open. I m an engineering student in B.V.B.C.E.T. Hubli, Karnataka . i am facin alot of problems as i cannot do the project work due this problem i am undergoing. Was this information helpful? | |

i purchased lenovo lap top on jan 10 2008 having serial no ME[protected]Q. and after 2 months i got problem with dvd rom and they replaced and after 9month i got same problem so one more time i replaced and now again i m getting problem with dvd rom so if this happens means i cant afford it. this i really imbalance. so please help me. this is my third time m submitting complaint. WHEN I INSERT CD MEANS IT SOUNDS LIKE MACHINE REALLY M GETTING MENTAL PROBLEM

[2] BATTERY PACK UP IS VERY POOR
[3]AUDIO PORT IS NOT WORKING
I M TRYING TO MAKE A CALL AT TOLL FREE NO FROM LAST 3 DAYS BT NO RESPONSE FRM THEIR.I live in hissar[haryana] and want to register my complain and want a appropriate solution as soon as possible.pls give give me the benefit of my LENOVO WARANTY PERIOD.

i purchased my lap y510 s:noMe-14931, M.no:7758-52Q on 10.04.2008. now it was get the hardware problem for harddisk and ram, i bought tjis through extented wRnty but now i am not having any rexiot or bills with me. pls resting you to send the solution for it. i am waiting for your reply. pls farwad to my id as early as possible
