hello sir!My name is yugal kishor bhatt n working in HEWLETT-PACKARD
india sales pvt.ltd,Pantnagar.i had bought Motorola EX119 mobile phone
from letsbuy,tht ORDER NO. is 857755.it ws ordred on dated 18/02/2012
and invoice date is 20/02/2012..and i recieve it on today 23rd
feb.when i opend the box of mobile and fix sim and battery,then i saw
that there is missing of BATTERY DOOR! i ws surprised,because the
brand like motorola never put esscilation like this.a battery door is
missing.i trusts LETSBUY as a leading and high quality products
provider online shopping center.but i jst lost my trust from
it.because i and my office mates shopping from letsbuy so many time
but there is no esscilation or missing part.last time my boss did not
got his mobile pouch..bt after some time he had got tht from
letsbuy.so i want to say that please help me in this case of Customer esscilation and help to give me BATTERY DOOR as soon as
possible.
