I placed my Moto mobile for service as there was bubble in display due to over heating, The service engineer at the service center teared down my phone and showed it to me before making a warranty claim replacement. He clearly confirmed that there is no physical or liquid damage. If there has been user damage your service engineer would gave never accepted for replacement under warranty. But now they are denying replacement stating Physical damage by customer care (over email). Service ticket number SOIN[protected]
