[Resolved]  LG Dual Sim Mobile Phone — ringtone does not comes properly on one sim and voice also does not comes of caller on that particular sim

This is K K Tripathi, I purchaged a LG Mobile (Model No.- GX300) (Duel
Sim) , IMEI- [protected], from Rediphone, Vadodra at[protected]. I
faced problem in phone from next day , when any call me then an
expected voice ( like kir kir kir ) with ring tone in particuler sim
and if i pick the call i do not get voice of caller. immidiate i
contact to Rediphone , sales person of Rediphone told me that complain
to service center then i went to service center at[protected]. A
person took my mobile and after six hours called me and spoke that
some software was not working and i have changed this software now
mobile is working properly.
After one month again i felt same problem and i went
16 April ,2011 to service center and i told to same person. He told
that there i no problem and returne my phone and give a phone no. and
told that complain on this no.
Now i am facing problem. After all you are lossing loyalty. I
request replace my Handset otherwise i will complain in cousumer
court.
