I asked four valid legal documents from LG as prescribed in GST laws and consumer laws. LG issued an illegal irrelevant Debit note on 26.6.21 in place of a tax invoice. LG collected money of Rs.9632 on 25.6.21 in unauthorized manner without proper invoicing and e-receipt to misquote and misguide the stakeholders to say it free of cost. How it can be? On persistent strong protest, LG issued a tax invoice on 12.2.22 after seven months of Debit note on 26.6.21 and Delivery challan on 8.7.21 without incorporating the minimum mandatory contents i.e. my name and address as recipient in the prescribed column, HSN code and unique serial number of machines. LG is a supplier and I am a recipient and both are mandatory to incorporate in a tax invoice. LG can not claim to be a supplier and a recipient. Thus the tax invoice in question is in dark clouds of credibility of a global company. These are the minimum mandatory contents required to incorporate in a tax invoice as prescribed in section 31 Rule 46 of GST Rules, 2017 deriving provisions contained in par 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 read with section 2(47)(vii) of new CP Act, 2019. Issue of Invoice is governed by GST laws ibid and it has no relevance to internal policy or mechanism followed by LG within LG. Thus refusal of minimum mandatory documents containing minimum mandatory contents prescribe by laws ibid is tantamount to unfair trade practices. By refusing the mandatory documents with mandatory contents LG has accepted that LG does not follow or respect the laws of the land under sense of entitlement and NPD and intends to harass and victimise the senior citizen elite LG consumers. The consumer can not file a case in consumer court with such tax invoice in dark clouds when NCH and DoCA etc did not issue any clarification to that effect ignoring six reminders within limitation period of two years expired on 24.6.23 and 7.7.23. Similarly the consumer can not convince or satisfy the police and other investigating authorities about the tax invoice in dark cloud in case he needs in case of contingencies like theft, fire, shifting from one place/city to another and in legal claims thereof. Again it is my prayer LG review the blunders and issue a valid and legal tax invoice and e-receipt for Rs.9632 and follow the laws ibid worth to credibility of a global company since LG badly delayed the resolution for the last 34 months.

    I purchased a 65 inch TV from Pai International. The sales person insisted me to take a stabilizer also along with that. Though I was not interested at all, after his regular requested I oked it.
    That time they didn't show the demo product and just named the brand - Crystal.
    After the delivery of the TV along with the stabilizer, I found that the stabilizer in suitable for TV up to 55 inch only. It is clearly mentioned on the box.
    when I called the sales guy, he is telling that I can use it for 65 inches TV also. Same thing they are selling to all 65inch and 75 inches TV customers. When I refused to use it, he is telling that I can take another stabilizer by paying extra amount. I said I am not ready to pay any more money, then he is telling to use this stabilizer only.

    i raised a complaint against my LG refrigerator cooling issue on 3oth june and i have complain on 3oth june on the customer care they are saying technical people call you but till yet iam wating for his call 48 hour
    passed . Since then nobody updated me the status MY LG CUSTOMER RNP[protected]. So plz resloved my problem as ssson as possible

      Poor Service

      I purchased LG TV.
      After that I had to did a lot follow-up for delivery. And now doing a lot for the installation.
      Post sales service is very poor. Earlier also I have faced such issues with Pai International.
      Not sure, if such issues are going to the knowledge of the top management or not!...

      LG double door refrigerator

      Hello,

      Since I bought LG double-door refrigerator in 2021, I've had a lot of problems since beginning. I have paid service fees for components replacement & repairs on numerous occasions, but I have never received good service and will keep doing so.

      Regarding my previous complaint, it was advised to replace the compressor...

      On 21.08.2021, we purchased LG Fridge Model T502FPZ3 having Serial No. 107PRFG069507 through Invoice A1424/2122/01856 from Great Eastern Trading Co., Guwahati. After 3-4 months, we complained about the Cooling problem and an engineer was send by the company who told us to keep the doors opened for 12 hours. After few months again same problem persist and we lodged the complain again. The engineer came and took 1 month and replaced Compressor. After 4-5 months same problem continued, so again engineer came and told us to keep the upper door open in night time for 8-10 hrs.

      The problem remained unsolved and in the meantime the 1 year warranty of the fridge got over. Recently we again lodged same complain for same defect fridge and now the engineer informed that its UNREPERABLE DEFECT and a New Fridge will be given to us with 20% depreciation on each year.

      We are completely astonished and found that the company is supplying and selling defective materials and by hook or by crook finishes the 1 yr warranty period and then compel customers to pay amount @ 20% depreciated value for procuring New Fridge from same company.

      The LG company in INDIA is doing fraud with customers like us and their business policy will ruin the hard earned money of lower middle class people like us. LG Company in Assam is threatening to its people. The Ho'ble Chief Minister will be informed very soon about the activities doing by LG Company in Assam and it poor people.

        I have bought a Microwave (LG MJ2886BWUM CC 28L) from Reliance Digital Najafgarh on 17.01.2024 and it was delivered on 18.01.2024. On 20.01.2024 we started to use it, it was running fine for 2-3 minutes but after it extreme steam started out from door upside & lower side, complete table was wet. Like this we have tried it 2-3 times, steam was continued from front door & whole table was also getting wet by converting the steam in water.
        I have complained to Reliance digital & LG for same. After 2 visits technician also accepted that product delivered is defected, but they can't accept it in written or with seniors.
        Technicians also made the reel/video of microwave while at was giving extreme steam while operating. Even one of them also informed us that it may blast due to steam is not coming out properly from the ventilation.
        After so many calls at Reliance digital is not responding, please arrange to replace the product as soon as possible as already we are suffering since more than 20 days.

        Complain no. RNP[protected], More than a month is passed but Microwave is still defected from end of technical team. technical team when visited said it'e defected but not accepting/admitted with LG.

          I have purchased Refrigerator on 26/01/2021 model no GL-T50 2FPZU /2021 from Vijay sales Mumbai RS 46000/_ bill enclosed below.

          On 26th May 2023 Refrigerator was not cooling hence I had complained to LG and on 27th May 2023 after engineer inspection I was told grill assembly was not working and hence LG repaired and installed new grill assembly for Rs 3150/_ cost was paid by me. vide INVOICE NO:WMUM2/29985 on 27th May 2023 time 19.43pm .RNP[protected]

          On 24th dec2023 the refrigerator stopped working completely.
          I complained to LG :RNP[protected]
          After LG engineer inspection I was told that, Now the balance parts 5 parts including previous part have stopped working. LG is responsible for for negligence of its employees. LG engineer vikas who repaired my refrigerator did not have any knowledge of repairing after repairing was DONE by him refrigerator compressor along with 5 parts became faulty .now am asked to again repair fridge.

          This Refrigerator is completely defective none of essential parts are working to call it refrigerator. If so many parts have stopped working Grill Assembly (twice)
          Compressor, Condenser, pcb coil .What is the use of the bare metal body and plastic compartments. Has LG has sold me just damaged metal body which doesn't cool for 50, 000/-(46000+3150+service charge)This means repair cost is 65% of the product. On the face of it, it's clear that the repair is demanding 65% of the product value which indicates product is 100% defective and damaged sold to me by company.
          why should I bear the cost of this defective product whose compressor is also stopped working irrespective of 10 yrs warranty. This is cheating on behalf of company to sell defective damaged product to honest customers and repair engineer with zero knowledge who make situation worst
          This proves that refrigerator is completely defective product . This is the condition of the product in 2 yrs .The refrigerator cost is become 46000+ 30000+ service charges= 76000.
          In next one year this refrigerator will cost me 1lakh If I continue spending on this defective product.Refrigerator maintenance value is increasing day by day which I can't afford.
          I am going through immense mental agony becaz of this cheating done to me
          What kind horrible Technology products does LG make where customers are tortured with defective products. Recent consumer complaints in newspapers and social media of LG defective products are reflected including Decembe 2023.

          If all parts are to be purchased separately what was the point of me buying refrigerator from Vijay sales in one piece. This is like buying and assembling product as if purchased second hand refrigerator or from foothpath.

            I had purchased a washing machine from LG site online in December. I received defective product from them. So raised a replacement request for it through mail as told by their technician. It's been 1 & half months but there is no action taken by them.

            I did so many phone calls to LG customer care & asked on mails so many times. But they just keep on saying you case is under progress that's it. There is no further action taken.

            I am frustrated with this LG service now. I want to return this machine. I dont know now whom to contact. I hope I get help with forum.

                  We have purchased the LG Smart TV 43 Inch. Wide inv no SLA[protected] dated 22.10.23 from Croma show-room, Lower Parel Branch

                  While purchasing the set Croma representative recommendations were well adhered and went on praising the quality, stability, and functioning and to give a satisfactory service .

                  But within a month I have observed white dot (( Dead Cell in the Led Panel ) on screen and the image lacks color brightness and the voice clarity also is not up to my expectation

                  We bought a TV on 22nd Oct and it got installed by 26th Oct. It was hardly used as we were out of town due to the holiday season.

                  We have lodged the complaint -Service request number reference number BOF211123FS00134 on 21st Nov through Croma within 1 month regarding this. As it didn’t get resolved we called on 24th Nov again to croma about it.

                  Query was handled by LG Representative JAYESHWAGHELA and we have received the feedback that LG cannot replace the panel and not the faulty TV sold by them. Mr. Vaghela confirmed it’s not display damage it’ is manufacturing defect,

                  We have logged the complaint within a month of purchase hence we don’t accept any repaint but immediate replacement because this repair may cause problems in future too and LG won’t take responsibility for that.

                  It’s surprising that LG is not ready to own the mistake and for replacement conditioned machines to be more faulty.

                  Hoping for immediate replacement or complete refund so we can go ahead with brand other than LG.

                  It’s disturbing that we are not getting any from LG. We wish to resolve the query with either replacement or refund without further disappointment.

                    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Voltas 1.5 Ton AC purchased from your store in April 2023. Despite numerous service attempts, the unit has failed to function properly, causing substantial inconvenience and discomfort.

                    Since the initial purchase, I have experienced a repetition of issues with the AC unit, including persistent malfunctions. Regrettably, these issues have persisted despite more than ten service calls, raising serious concerns about the product's reliability and performance.

                    I have made repeated attempts to seek assistance from the Bhatkal Pai International store, but the responses received so far have been far from satisfactory. The lack of a proper resolution has not only caused immense frustration but has also disrupted the peace and comfort of my home.

                    As a consumer, I find it unacceptable to endure such difficulties with a product that is supposed to provide reliable and efficient cooling. Given the persistent nature of the problems, I am left with no choice but to request a refund or a full replacement of the AC unit. I believe this is a reasonable expectation, considering the number of service interventions required within a short span since the purchase.

                    I implore your urgent attention to this matter and request that you facilitate the necessary steps for either a refund or a complete replacement of the faulty AC unit. I value the reputation of Pai International and have always held your brand in high regard, which is why this experience has been particularly disheartening.

                        I had purchased on new AC from LG on[protected].After 6month yesterday[protected] I requested there service center for 1st servicing. The service center person came to home and while opening the Indoor unit Its found that inside coils are bended and damaged. I asked the service person and also I called the LG showroom where I purchased no one is providing proper response.
                        The LG product I received from LG showroom was defected/damaged product. Kindly request you check and replace with new product.

                          For billing invoice i make calls and sent massages to respective customer care and local persons to solve the issue, but they didn't lift the calls and doesn't respond.so i just want file a compliant on the them.

                          I have been struggling with LG since 8.7.21 to get an invoice or a bill in my name and address as stipulated in the manner specified as prescribed in para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 read with section 2 (47)(vii) of CP Act, 2019 (not 1986) and section 31 of GST Act, 2017.
                          Your case also supports my stand that LG is collecting money from the consumers in an unauthorized manner in violation of accounting standards and consumer laws without invoicing and without issuing any money receipt or cash memo.
                          LG is used to close the complaints with fake narratives and misguide everyone in the same manner.                             Almost 17 days have passed, and the washing machine is still not operational. Despite multiple reminders and escalation to the CEO and MD desks, I have not received any solution. There has been no response from the technical team, and this lack of support from the LG team is ridiculous.

                              I have a very bad experience with the pai international branch in uttarahalli I had brought the mixer 6-7 months backs it was not working so gave them to repair as it had 1 year warranty. They repaired it and have put all the small cockroach in the jar and have given us back. And the jar smells so bad . If the cockroach was there in mixer let them shows us and give advice or put the cockroach in some other paper and give but why put in jar how can I again blend the vegetables or species in it. Its smelling so bad like dead rats. At first only I forgot to take the photo of it. Still some are there in jar that poc I have put .
