Since 18.10.08 I am compaining about my LG Scarlet ( purchased on 03.09.2008.)five times I have lodge my complain on your help line but till date no response from your service person.my complain no.is w8ca1806088 dt.18.10.1008, 21.10.08 reminder 25.10.08

i was got very bad experence in your service centre. i was repair my mobile for 26/02/09 in "Sai Teleservices" in ghatkopar (E) A 110, Mezannine floor, satyam shopping centre M.G. road ghatkopar (E). my handset no. KG 370 & Invoce no. 44223/ cal receipt no.[protected]. my handset major problem is display & SMT and i alway pay to this amt after the servicing. but my mobile SMT will be not changes. "Sai Teleservices" employee is given to the response it is not avilable in my centre.when is come back i was forward u message. but every time i can calling the sai teleservice employees they will given the same answer. nobody can take the responsibility properly.
LG should improve their products and service support or CLOSE DOWN !!!

i am not saying that ur product is bad i loved it but now when it has a problem and i have given it to a service center why am i not getting it back ...from past 1 week i am waiting for my phone and it seems that a keypad part has not yet reached the center from the company if the company is so irresponsible shut it or change the stafff there are lot of people waiting for a job... please do ur work...i don't want to give the address because it is not only me whole mumbai is waiting...

I had lodge my complaint regarding the window AC(Complaint No:-W9C[protected] four weeks ago about the fault in the autoswing motor and buzzer problem.The technician from the Genext company came on the next day and stated that since he does not have he spare part in hand, he would come next day and replcae the spare part.He didnt showed. I called up 10 times in the customer care center and everytime I was been told that i will recieve a call from Gnext when the spare part will be changed.I was provided with the cell number of Vaibhav Vartak who is the manger in charge of complaints and when contacted he told me that he will give a call within 30min updating the timelines when the parts will be changed.He didn't called up that day and when called up next time he is sometimes disconnecting the number, not picking up the cell and somtimes sending a SMS stating that he is busy in a meeting and will call up.However he doesn't cals up and I am the one who has been calling up more than 8 times but in vain.
Being a manager this is the way to treat a customer.I was also provided with Vinesh cell number and on contacting he stated that he doesn't have the buzzer spare part and the motor will be replaces soon.Still my AC is not being repaired
I have taken the AMC and the after service provided by the LG is really pathetic since there is no vale for the customer and would recommend others not to buy LG
we have purchased lg air conditioner window from bengal in favour of sh dinesh murmu comdt 40 bn bsf after 3yrs the compessor gone faulty under warrent period and repaired against id no 9nc62402145 dtd 24/06/09
after compressor in warrent period and replaced from lg service centre guwahaty
but not working stisfactry due to sum sound produced in side the window ac
and again comlant lodge in guwahaty.

your service performance is very poor if your action delay and then further comlaint to cunsummer court against lg care
I absolutely agree that your complaints are not taken care of in Mumbai, at least. With this attitude, I am sure that there will not be any LG dealer or LG product on sale, at least in Mumbai, if not India. A problem started in my washing machine on 18th October 2009, made a complaint (CA 09A1813298). An LG representative visited my house on 19th October and said that some part needs replacement. Since then nothing has been done to repair the machine.
What is worse is that whenever I call the few numbers that I got from the call centre, I am not able to get any response. I am at a loss, I do not know what to do. My only option may be to buy a new machine, not an LG, of course.
I wish these comments get shown on some news channel so that making a choice gets easier with LG brand out of everyone's mind.
I have also same problem, My mobile display problem costing Rs.201/- by M/s.Grace Tele Service, Manek Nagar, Borivali ( w) does not have spares of display material for last 2-3 days. Just now l have phoned them yet they do not have. When it will come no idea? Pl let me know what to do ?
In short we make mistake to purchase the LG Mobile.

I had bought front Loading washing machine in june, 2010 and took 3 yrs service contract . accordinly the service visit should be done in six months but nobody is bothered from the company side.

now i am having problem in machine, the customer care no. :[protected] – 87, nobody is bothered to pick up and take the call.

In such cases where should we go?

i had bought lg cookie fresh four months ago. till date i have visited four times to service centre. i.e. on an average once a month so that they can take care of the customers.

hence they are called customer care. and this time they say it will take 2 weeks to repair and they dont have spare mobile for me.

they have one hour service committment or a mobile till your mobile gets repaired... all this is bull and they should stop putting that committment or else we should launch a complaint to grahak samiti so that actions can be taken against such false claims.
Same experience has been shared by me. Had called the LG helpline on 2nd Jan'11 for Microware, however till date - 24th Jan'11 I haven't got any response. all get to hear from the customer care executives is false hope. Hope this experience helps other guys not to buy any LG products.

Actually for 2nd time service, they had came over here and not serviced properly & also they took the remote, they said problem with remote and the same will be return within 2 days. But now its almost more than 25days over. They have not picked up our call also. We are unable to operate the ac without remote. Due to this summer season we are very much worried about to stay without ac. We are very unhappy with their service. Like me many customers are not satisfied with the same dealer. Please take some severe step and stop to sell product to this dealer. Hope that you are help me out to solve this problem.

LG is one of worst service provider in India they only want to sale the product after sales there is no service. I[censored] will go to service center they will talk with u like u did mistake to buy LG mobile.
Bhaiyo aur bahano kabhi bhi LG ka koi bhi mobile mat lena inn logo ko kewal bechne se matlab hai agar aap LG phone le rahe ho matlab apne paise dariya me daal rahe ho.
even u can not talk with customer care they will tell u jao jaa se liye ho waha pucho mujhse puch k liya tha kya aur bolne wale executive ka name Mr. Rakesh Nishad or Mr. Prince Kumar hai.

OK, maybe life is good for your other LG customers, bur certainly not for me.
I regret being your customer, to put it very mildly, and in very polite language.
I was lulled by your colourful adverts into purchasing your 32" LCD TV from M/s Eetachi
Electronics on 12/2/11, who incidentally happen to be related to me.
On my last brush with your very inefficient service dept, I dialled your customer care center
about two weeks back, to register my complaint vide your RNA[protected], who assured a
service "within 24 hours", which never came.Only faint ghost images were coming on the
screen.Repeated numerous reminders thereafter always elicited promises of "24 hours
service", not fulfilled to this day, a fortnight after the complaint.A technician then arrived
at my home, and diagonized the problem as a faulty "small board".He took photos of the faulty
part, as well as of the warranty still valid until 2016, and went away promising me a quick
repair, "as soon as the part arrives from Pune".He did agree that this was a common complaint
in the seafronts of Mumbai.My requests for a standby in the meantime have gone unanswered.
Three days later another technician came to see what was wrong with our TV, and I knew my
troubles had just begun, if there was such a poor coordination at your service centre.Maybe you
have outsourced your call centre repair operations to Somalia or Mongolia.This technician too
went away after taking a few more shots on the spiffy camera they have been kitted with.Maybe
this is the only hi-tech thing your company has done, giving them nice cameras to shoot
troubles with, maybe to paste in nice albums.
And for being "customers" of your multinational company, not only has my family of 8 been
confined indoors during Diwali, when some o[censored]s can't venture out into the pollution due to
health reasons, without no entertainment whatsoever, and missed out on Tendulkar's ongoing
matches as well.Had I another brand of TV, or without a warranty, all I needed was to call a
technician to come fix the problem within a few hours.And an end to my torture is not in
sight, making me wonder if your Pune factory has ordered a special manufacture of this "small
board" for my TV from Korea, to be then sent by slow sea container across the seven seas.Why
can't a common spare-part, which is a frequent failure according to your technician, not be kept
handy at your Mumbai offices?
Lastly, I might have been stupid once, but like hell I'm not going to tolerate this nonsense any
longer.If my tv is not fixed by tomorrow, I assure you I'll go viral with my complaint, and
approach the right authorities and consumer rights fora for redress under law.Enough is
enough.I'm also sending a copy of my anger to your parent company in Korea, so they know how an
otherwise excellent Korean company can be reduced to by distance.
And please note, this is the last LG product either I or my large group of friends will ever
fall victim to.That is a promise.

I have purchased lg E615 but i have been 5 times to lg service centre but still my phone is giving problems in guarentee period but they are not giving me refund for my phone. please help me.
