Had purchased a LG air conditioner but no dealer ever calls up for the services during the warranty period. After logging the complaint (Request ID W8C[protected], it was finally decided that my area i.e. Andheri West would be serviced by Bhushan Engg. Their technician serviced the a.c. but broke the front grill in April 2008. Must have made 25 to 30 calls. I have trying to get the replacement for the grill and for the subsequent services, I was told that now my area would be covered by some other dealer. In all this chaos at LG and their dealers, all I have got is One free service (instead of four) during the warranty period and that too, with a broken grill. The people at LG and their dealers talk very sweet with promises to revert within 2 hours to 2 days but nobody calls back. COMPLETE LACK OF EMPATHY WITH THE CUSTOMERS

Your Service is simply pathetic . We have commercial AC WHICH IS INSTALLED on mid of 2009. After that continously we were facing problem . Your Bangalore people and Delhi People are aware of All the Things . Delhi People are very prompt but Mr. Niranjan . R. IN Bangalore is simply unprofessional and pathetic . He does not bother about customer, always try to give lame excuses . Very Boring Professional . For Continous AC Problem we suffered a lose of Nearly 30 lakhs . Who will take this responsability . Is LG is going to pay all my lose ??????????? PATHETIC AND RIDICULAS this is the two words for you . We are coming up with lot many Hotels, we can't dreamt about LG AC. Please show this to your MD or any Higher Management then they will understand and analyse the Problem . This type o[censored]nprofessionalism is expected from a Company like LG.
